Thank you zeldamum for your hospitality, and also to the pub - really good of them to open for us and they were really friendly The poor Mum and her young kids who came in to the shop looking for Tutu's got a bit of a shock though I think!!

Another lovely Meet, great to see you all again and to meet some for the first time. (Chrissie 's purple hair looks fab )

I still want to know what *-SARIN-* was doing with that electric drill that he produced in the pub

He was showing Q and myself how to twist wire Chrissie - and to my eternal shame, I promptly left the wire sitting on the table when we left I'm hoping the landlady will put it to one side for Helen next time she's in - it is after all such a long way for her to go!!!

My Dad bought me that drill for Christmas a couple of years ago, a rather expensive Bosch with the extra "gun like" handle  Bizarrely he asked me only a few weeks ago if i ever used the drill that he bought me?  I informed him that i used it on a weekly basis but it has a few flaws like the fact that the end doesn't completely close making it difficult to hold small items.  We then proceeded to have a conversation on why i needed to use such small drill bits.  The look on is face when i explained that i used the top line drill that he bought me to twist kanthal was a classic.  "Ever used it for it's intended purpose?" Nope but i have found that the "hammer" option is %$^% for twisting wire.
