Yeah that sounds like an atomiser. You were right to start, just need to put about 10 drops right into the bit that pulls off of it (in the white filler stuff) and 4 right into the atomiser itself then you should be good to go.

If you haven't already filled it, then blow the atomiser out. If you pull the mouthpiece off, blow out of the tin foil end so the end that screws into the battery is face down over a paper towel. If anything is coming out just keep blowing until there's nothing coming out. Sometimes there's oil stuff in there you don't want to vape, sometimes there isn't.

Cambermam, I'm pretty certain you will have got atomisers & cartridges with your kit. You don't use the condom method for cartridges, instead, follow Leftfields instructions in hos post number #87

Lol, don't worry about not blowing the atomiser out. It's just a primer they put on the atties & wont do you any harm, it just doesn't taste too good.

The other thing is, you are using a cartridge (mouthpiece) with white stuffing in ? Sometimes the atomisers come with a blank mouthpiece attached & some folks try to fill that with juice.

Yeah it's got white stuff in, i put 10 drops into there (well more like 7 before it stopped soaking in well) and 4 drops in the atomiser.

I got medium juice, it's strong! I usually smoke JPS blues

I'd only put a couple of drops on the atomiser (mouthpiece end) so as not to flood it. But yes, your cartridge needs to be kept nice & wet.

If you find the juice too strong, you can cut it by using glycerine. You can buy a 100ml bottle of pure glycerine from most chemist for about £1.20 or a small bottle from the baking section if a supermarket for about 50p. However, do bear in mind that cutting with glycerine will also cut the flavour a bit.

Interesting about the glycerine! I seem to be getting used to it now but that's very handy to know anyway. Still get a bit of a rush if i have enough, i.e i've just had my dinner and was convinced i would need a real fag for that important one, but actually the Ego has satisfied my cravings fine.

I didn't finish my box of cigs, lol. I was gonna start with the ego once they were done but i have no desire to have one. I hope the novelty doesn't wear off soon!

Sounds like you are doing really well camberman. It's surprisingly satisfying isn't it! I packed up smoking straight away, even though I didn't intend to. You will feel the occasional craving in the first few weeks - just vape through!

Sounds like you may be finding, as most people do, that the cartridge/ atomiser combination is a bit of a faff. Good for trying new juices, but in the long run you might find cartomisers are a better bet.
