Help with my GGTB

Never had much luck with this since I got it way back when.

I have tried all the things people suggested a while ago such as: cleaning threaded parts ect.. but still no luck.

Even bought new batteries for it, but it's still not really anywhere near satisfactory. Such a shame as I wanted one for ages, then imeo was kind enough to swap me for my old SDII.

Any further help/advice would be appreciated

What cartomisers are you using Hissie?

And what juice and PG/VG mix?

I use DC cartos des. They work fine on my Ego batts & my baby monster.

I've always only used 100% vg juice from James. Can't get away with pg at all.

Even when I used to use regular 510 atties, the GGTB still wasn't having none of it.

Have you tried anything Low Resistance on your GGTB Hissie . . . I know you're not a fan of LR, but you might find you get a better performance if you did.

Even the DC cartos don't do anything. Get better vaping from just using an ego battery, which is bizarre.

do you have a multimeter Hissie so you can check the voltage output from the atty connector... that way you can see if its getting the power through. if it comes back good then the only other thing is the air flow on the atty connector which is giving a different vape, maybe try a 510 to 510 adapter

I don't own a mulitmeter gordy, but it is probably a power not getting through issue.

I'm going to send it to Chrissie as she has said she will kindly have a look at it for me. Such a shame as I love everything else about it apart from the vaping experience.

Oh I'm just so pleased you are now happy with it Hissie

After the tiny tweaks I made - button washer wasn't screwed down & small adjustment to the pin, I used it non stop on one battery charge for 7 hours. It vaped superbly & it's such a lovely size. Wish Imeo was still making the GGTB as it's a perfect, no frills, 100% mechanical mod that would be ideal for anyone wanting to buy their first big battery holder.
