Jeeze, anyone reading that lot would think e-cigs are a lethal weapon. I see that if there's not an outright ban e-cig users are banished outside in the smoking area along with smokers - great for those trying to give up the real cigs eh, oh and you end up getting on the plane stinking of cigs as if you were still a smoker

Nice find, at least there is some definite guidance now and i don't feel like i'm smuggling heroin every time i go through security. TBH i've never really had major issues with the airports, rather with the airlines that all have different thoughts and regulations on them.

Thats interesting, I've flown 30 plus times out of newcastle airport since I started vaping and I've never once been stopped in departures for vaping, in fact I don't Vape in the line waiting for security as I think it's rude to vape close to non vapers but the first thing I do when I've passed through security is screw my tank back on and Vape at the desk while I put my shoes/belt etc back on. It would appear that most members of staff are not "up to speed" with the rules. I suppose the good thing about vaping is, no one knows your doing it if they can't see you. So if staff do start picking up on it you can always go to the bog!

Good find although we don't fly very often these days as we go away with the caravan. And that's a vaping allowed zone.

I paid for our caravan by switching to vaping.

Indeed all the mods I have made to it, came from money saved by not smoking.

The wife has a giggle every trip we make as I have a wee suitcase that holds all my caravanning e-cig stuff.
