Iv been to see john at fa had a hour with him he's a good chap is john and knows his stuff, iv got fa black jack and it's very nice.

The only problem with Black Pearl is every time I take a Vape I start singing that ruddy Pirate tune  !

You would have thought by now they would have mixed some up them self and seen the problem we are having and come back to us. I think they are just hoping we go away tbh.

I sent a chase up email yesterday, it is a bank holiday weekend so I will leave it til Tuesday to chase up again. It is really poor and the customer service and communication is very disappointing.

Still nothing from vv not even after a polite reminder,I think politeness will be going out the window if they don't get back to me by Friday. I think they have had plenty of time now to sort something out even if it was just to offer some other concentrates I'm really not happy about this now.

I have just posted on their fb page highlighting the problem and the fact I'm still waiting for an explanation..

They responded rather quickly!-

your e-mail is flagged on our system, we will be back in touch very soon with a solution to the separation issue with the Black Jack concentrate. Thanks for your patience.

I too would have thought a token gesture of alternative concentrates would have been a better response than ignoring us all completely or trying to fob us off until we forget about it minime
