Tripled the original recipe ratios as I'm going to make a test batch of 30ml first so I've got 3ml of the concentrates mixed up steeping away until the nic stuff arrives. Ooh I'm excited lairey ps also ordered some koolada to jazz up some stuff I'm not too keen on. Note to self: don't drop test a bit on ya hand. Bleurghhhhh how bloody strong? call an ambulance.... I inadvertently Vapes neat koolada once Nevvvvvver evvvvvvver again Mrs had to retrieve my lungs from the neighbour's garden I coughed so much.

My body started shutting down igual and it knocked the breath right out of me. Still not sure why I decided to do a drip test but I will be trying to get someone at work to try the same tomorrow just so I can way watch the shenanigans haha

I normally find 2 weeks min steep, better after 3, but yes, the coconut should mellow in time... I was lucky enough to be sent a sample of the real thing by ceedee and I have to say, the clone is very close. The clone is a little heavier on the coconut and there is an almost oaky/smokey taste going on in the real one that the clone doesn't have, but it's very slight and some of that could be due to the fact that the real one is 12mg and my clone is 3.6mg. I'm very glad I have been able to compare the clone with the real one, but I won't be rushing out to buy the real one as for my taste, I actually prefer the clone.

Already have made 200ml... almost divine, but I need to change coils every 4-5 tanks in my KFL+ and every 1-2 tanks in my Phenomenon Light...
I did twice the recipe of the first post, and both of the times I added all the ingredients at the same time...
Seen some tips that would love to share with you... that's the way I'm gonna mix all the ingredients next time...
First I will add just both of the bourbons in the bottle along with some of the (nicotine) base, leave it with open lid for few (3-5) hours while gently shaking it once every hour...
then, put the lid back on and leave it for a couple of days in your cupboard...
on the 3rd-4th day, open the bottle, add the remaining concentrates, except vanillin and TPA, gently shaking it and back to the cupboard (with lid on) for another 3 days...
afterwards, gently shake it, open the lid, add vanillin and back to the cupboard for another 3 days...
one step before the end... add the Acetyl Pyrazine and back to the cupboard for the another 3 days....
finally, add the rest of the nicotine base and leave it back to the cupboard for the rest of the steeping period...
every 3 days, gently shaking it, opening the lid and leave it open for a few minutes, put the lid back on and back on the cupboard...
I know it's a pain in the butt, but i think the final result will be more smooth and better smelly...

Yeah got 5 10ml bottles delivered on Friday of the 6mg stuff for the subtank. I've had the real one from tcg69 so fingers crossed it tastes anywhere near as nice lairey The smokey one is normally the reserve version which can be copied if you supposedly add some red oak concentrate as it's more woody. 1 drop per 5 ml but I like the original.

Just ordered a bottle of the real stuff and I'll order the concentrates as soon as I can set my account up Chefs Flavours Lew the site isn't showing a field to put my postcode for some reason I've sent a ticket in so I'll get it sorted I'm sure. Now what's the chance of you splitting down 100mls of acetyl pryzaline into 10mls so I can add it to my order Cheers Si

You're welcome and thanks for your verdict. I think I agree with you. It feels to me like the original also has a slightly sweeter edge to it that I'm not sure I like. Still the objective was a comparison with our clones and I'm pleased that we've come to similar conclusions. I'll be experimenting with slightly different versions along the CL trail as I reckon it can still be improved.

Something tells me this ain't right. I ordered some unflavoured dilutant in 6mg which was supposedly 45pg and 55vg but it's like water compared to the usual shop bought 50/50 etc stuff. Hmmm just tried a lil drop of the castle long (only been steeping a few days so it's got weeks left) and there's zero vapour production as in nothing. Something tells me they've sent a 100vg mix by mistake. Damnit lairey does anything go right hah time to pop to boots and chuck some vg in for smoothness after adding some more concentrates in. I'll probably end up with zero nic but hey ho.

Yeah lairey and Perpetua they seem like pure pg. Damnit just noticed I'd put vg by mistake above. it's like pure water and it doesn't stick to the sides if you tilt the bottle (if that makes any sense) aaaarghh I'll get this right sooner or later hah just commented on here on their vendor thingy on here so hopefully LiQuid can shed some light on it.
