You sent me a broken item due to poor packaging. You then sent me a replacement which was also broken. A electronic board which had a display which was made from glass (about 1.5mm thick). It had no protection in the jiffy bag. It should have been boxed. You then sent me a replacement which also broke in transit despite me advising you to use a small box to send the item. You have offered me a refund of 60% credit which I dont want. I want all of my money back, not a credit, a full refund. You have deleted the page that the item was on so I have sent my order number and page which is working fine. I have copied it.

I have heard from other buyers who you have treated this way. I want a full refund, I will never buy from you again so your points are useless to me. You have not answered my message at all, just trying to keep some of my money. You also knew that the chipset did not work from the reviews on your site which you have now deleted. You should have stopped selling them and refunded people who had bought your defective merchandise but you chose to sell them hoping that people would still buy them and then you could cheat them in this way.

But it is your fault that they both arrived broken. I have shown the items and packaging to lots of people. They cannot believe that you did it twice after seeing the first one. It is a flexible jiffy bag with a thin glass display just over 1mm in thickness. No matter how many times you say you packed it correctly, it does not make your words true. IT WAS BADLY PACKED.

In short, it was a DNA40 clone board. It has a very thin glass display. It was packed inside a thin plastic bag which was within a jiffy bag. No box or protection for the display. After coming half way round the world and gone through many hands and machines, unsurprisingly, it was broken. They sent me a replacement after much tooing and frowing with pics etc. I advised them strongly to pack it better. They didn`t. Yes, you`ve guessed it, the replacement arrived broken as well.

Only ever placed one order with them, took them weeks to ship the goods even though the page where the items were listed for sale claimed they were in stock, luckily the items i ordered came in boxes from the factory(cloned hana modz). That irks me that companies list items as in stock and ready to ship when they obviously aren't. Now i can see the runaround to expect from their customer service department there is absolutely no way under any circumstance i'll order again.

Not surprised robby if tinydeal have anything to do with cigabuy. I had to claim through paypal for items that were on the never never from tinydeal as soon as it was escalated to a claim, tinydeal fell silent and never responded to any correspondence from paypal and my money was refunded. Another company that appears to operate in the same manner is Deal Extreme. I will be giving both of these and cigabuy a wide berth in future. Their customer care policy appears to be "you're the customer and we don't f*****g care"
