jackcustard... had to do a double take there, I thought my youngest lad had joined the forum... identical beard, and pretty close on looks. His brother is the opposite, clean shaven and with a similar hairstyle to chykensa.

I'm very protective over my beard, proud I would say.

My Dad has the ability to be well skilled at anything he does and always does everything to the nth degree, but he can't grow a beard. Must have got it from my mam.

I did answer that I've always had a beard, but not strictly true. I think I first grew it at about 6 months old. Short...fat...hairy....how did I not get to play a dwarf in any of the hobbit or lord of the rings movies?

Well, I grew one once, but it was ginger/blonde/brown. Looked like a tortoishell cat sat on my face. I had blonde hair at the time. Now it is all grey, and makes me look like a tramp if I leave shaving for 2 days. Any more than that and my OH stops kissing me goodnight.

There is no box for me to vote. But I always wanted a big bush on my face

Yep beard colour is an odd one I have mid brown hair ( really light blond as a kid) but my beard is very ginger lol.
Family call me Redbeard lol.

Same kinda thing going on with me.  Blonde hair, my beard is black, no, grey, no peppered, damn the stress caused by kids and wives.

I've had a big bush on my face several times, it always seems a good idea initially, but soon becomes an irritation.. 
I thought about growing a beard for vapefest last year, to fit in with the hard nosed, tattooed reprobates.

I needn't have worried, the ladies from this forum were a lovely crowd!
