Normally i would say why bother and coil your own but at those prices i can see the attraction, certainly if you're not confident doing it yourself or don't have the ability. Little Xao is definitely working overtime instead of going to school! ***EDIT*** OMG i've just read the descriptions properly, yeah there will be fingers getting lost this month!

Is that right ? 0.05 ohms ? Thats not so much a coil as a dead short

That's very worrying that someone could pick up 0.04 ohm Nichrome coils that may not realise that they could demand up to 105 A at 4.2 V, and if using just a dual coil dripper 210 A not having experience of sub-ohming and use them on a mech mod, I have never seen a triple 18650 parallel mech let alone one that takes 6 batteries.

And there's me worrying about going as low as .8ohm with my MVP3 at 25W!! I sincerely hope these prove to be unpopular and that FT remove them quickly!

I went and did a little digging and it seems that you can't compare Nichrome to Kanthal in regards to resistance. Apparently the resistance of Nichrome changes as it heats up so your 0.05 ohm coil won't be that when you fire your mod up. This is assuming that you are using a regulated mod, dunno about mechs. It's all safe though so it seems and was designed for the temperature control devices which work in a different way.

Am I the only person who thinks that a diameter of 0.5mm will be rather hard to wick? (and that's the largest)

I think you are confusing Nichrome with Nickle which has the very high Temperature Coefficient of Resistance and used for temperature limiting feature of the DNA40 Temperature Coefficient of Resistance: Nichrome | 0.00004 | Kanthal A1 | 0.00002 | Nickel | 0.00641 |
So while Nichrome changes resistance with temperature more than Kanthal they are both negligible, @250 C a 0.04 omh nichrome element would be 0.0434 ohm and for kanthal that wound be 0.04170 ohm.

I just wish they would come out with some 1 & .5 ohm ni200 premade coils. My coiling needs practice that's for sure.
