I love most of my juices not having a problem there mostly fruity and sweetie tho , didn't like an american blend I had but now blending it with menthol and despite thinking I wouldn't like menthol its so good ordered some cherry menthol last night Got a new one tonight that I'm not sure about but tastebuds changing all the time so will give it another bash!

Bit jealous of your instantly giving up TBH , on the other hand cutting down gradually seems to be working for me and its the the finish line that counts not the race!!

I'm one of those all or nothing

Otherwise it would start at a couple a day and that would become 3 etc.

I've also been saying i would give up some day for about ten years (so i've had plenty of time to think about it)

That's what i liked about vaping, when i was having a little try the last couple of weeks, i didn't feel like i was giving something up but gaining extra ways of feeding my obvious nicotene habit.

The only downsides so far have been trying to find a flavour i like (but then that's half the fun experimenting) and the other thing is people's ignorance towards E-Cigs with phrases such as "you can't use that in here it will encourage people to smoke" and "don't know why you're bothering six months later you'll be smoking again"


Just makes me more keen to suceed

Like you say though it's the finishing line that's important.

However one gets there is not important

Lol !I actually had a guy coming up to me today asking all these questions bout the riva thought it was good he was taking an interest till he finished it off by asking if you could smoke mary jane in it lol!

Still interested in the Bucca waiting on truck loads of liquid so let me see if there is any in it I don't like wouldn't feel right not doing a straight swap

At the moment i'm vaping a Virginia from FV which has a good throat hit and is not sweet but smells like old socks i may chuck a fruit flavour in with it see if it improves.

Feel like Bunsen or Beaker off of the Muppet Show with all these bottles and mixing

all i need is a white coat.

Tried a key lime earlier and i love Lime but thought i was vaping Pledge

Cannabis its some kind of play on another name for it that I can't spell lol!. Oh meant to say have you tried 555 , think its a tobacco base but it doesn't taste like any tobacco I've ever had .

Lol the one I'm waiting to see if grows on me tastes a little bit like, lemonade, a little bit like limincello and a little bit like lemon zest, I like the first part of that trio not sure about the soapy after taste

Keep seeing mention of RY4 everywhere and how good it is but again it's quite sweet i believe.

I think the sweet ones will be quite nice in the evening but i'm looking to get a couple of all day vapes together

It just seems weird when people are describing a cigar flavour and finish the description with "lovely sweet taste"

Tbh, when I was smoking ciggies, if someone had said to me that I'd actually enjoy/prefer vaping candy or fruity flavours . . . I'd have thought they were puddled Whufc.

seriously though, its all early days for most of us in here. ive been smoke free for barely a month, and guess im one of the lucky ones. smoked almost 40 years and had`nt really thought about giving up.
a couple we play poker with were on e-lites one night, so me and the girlfriend gave it a try..... we couldnt believe how similar it was to real smoking. so we bought some VIP (ciggalikes). they seemed great, and got us both on the vaping route.
then i found this bunch of retrobates..... and they introduced me to the riva. so now 20-odd flavours later, a du-bocage (due through postbox anytime soon from portugal) and a mikropipe (couple of days away) (who said vaping was cheaper than smoking?) Anyway, im procrastinating.... is that the right word.

just trying to say.... i didnt even think of giving up, but i went from full time smoker to non-smoker almost overnight, and its cost me more money than i ever spent on smellies, but so much more fun.
hope i made sense, but been out drinking tonight and just trying to say..... do it your way, no way is the right way..... if you feel you need a fag, have one..... need help? we are all here to encourage you....

paradise vapes strawberry menthol is soooo goood,i thought i would hate it as i was a tobacco man but 1 vape and i was converted try it you will be surprised and when your taste buds are playing up the menthol bit helps..it has converted 2 people who were smokers into e cig converts it is that good ..get a 5ml sample if you do not like it it is only 5ml at the end of the day you will be surprised
