The label is confusing it reads "Max 35A Pulse 50A Discharge" so is that 35A Continuous or not because the label is worded ambiguously.

Rewrapped and overspecced 20Amp batteries (possibly LG). What upsets me is these (by the name) are aimed entirely at vapers, who we already know from the attitude of some peeps should be destroyed before they undermine government departmental opinion.

Yep already got some of those Samsungs i just wondered if you had seen those Vappower ones, i had a feeling they were rewraps and the ambiguous use of language on the label instantly made me question them, i just wondered if you knew exactly what they really are under the new label.

I won't be buying them because like you i find it infuriating that someone would be deliberately misleading about the true rating of the battery and possibly endanger people.

I suspect that they justify it to them selves by specifying a very short time for the "pulse" rating and using "max" for what we commonly refer to a pulse. Vapers are there to be fleeced or have the wool pulled over their eyes as the acceptance of the Efest purple range shows, sadly more and more re-wrapers are fowlling their lead of bending the spec. If it seems to good to be true... There are very few manufactures of high drain Li batteries so most are re-wraps and ther is nothing wrong with that as long as the re-wrapper is honest

The efest 35Amp are rewrapped 20Amp batteries. They're good so long as you remember that.

As for the 18350s, I think efest may be a little optimistic suggesting 10.5Amps. Go for the Keeppower - they are good batteries (iirc Panasonic rewrap some Keeppower batteries for their own purpose).

Old thread but just dropped torchy a message on eBay seeing what he has for a dual 18650 unregulated.
So many bloody fakes about now and it seems that some suposid better batteries are just rewrapped 25r hence I'm defaulting to the battery master lol.
