Hi dinks to the forum. Hope you manage to keep off the stinkies. The scare about losing your teeth is real. I can vouch for that. No front teeth left, and still waiting for my gums to settle down so I can get implants. Around £8k I wish I had started vaping sooner

Hello & welcome dinks from across the Tamar

I used to be a very heavy smoker & tried everything to give up, but would just end up crawling up the walls & tearing my hair out. Until I bought my first e-cig, coming up to 7 years ago. I cut down drastically straight away & I thought that was a miracle. Lol, I think I'm also still in shock that I eventually gave up the last 2 a day - still have to pinch myself to believe that I no longer smoke

For me, the health benefits have been amazing & the financial benefits, even better
