ebay closing vape sellers

I recently bought a Nitecore D2 charger and upon reviewing my ebay account this evening I see this entry against the purchase:

Seems he was registered since 2011 and had around 4000 sales...so no idea what happened but looking at his feedback history he was selling vape stuff (although a charger isn't necessarily vape gear).

1000s still listed under term ecig
My guess is he's been up to naughty selling
EBay has always had issues with vape stuff so I may be wrong though.

As long as torchy and ecolux are not shut down I'll be happy. Would hate to lose either of them. Fortunatly they market themselves primarily as battery suppliers for flashlights.

We've had a couple of Vendor requests now from ex-sellers on Ebay, who've been ' moved on ' . . . . if they are any good, get registered on a few forums - then Ebay have likely done them a favour.

It's not necessarily a cull, there are other reasons, if his listings have been reported for example.

Exactly the same thing happened to me last year. Bought some boxer shorts and had the same message. Are underwear and vaping being culled??? Is there a connection?????
Fortunately I don't vape in just my underwear, I'm far too English for that. If I did I would be sweating - or maybe shivering.

Yes this happened to us and it's the best thing that ever happened!
Just pee's me off that we were reported by jealous sellers as we were climbing up to the top and yet these sellers are still clearly flouting the rules and their accounts are still on.
But I'm not complaining as it gave us the push to get our website up and running.
So thank you ebay

Regarding your website - I clicked and received a `no data received` response... tried a second time and it took about 50 seconds to accept the age verification thing... Might be worth checking out the server / configuration.

Yes we've had a few issues with the server. I don't think the website knew what was going to hit it. I'll get it looked into.

I wouldn't bother with Ebay for Torchy, you get a much better deal by emailing him direct
