1 year ago today I joined the wonderful world of vaping.
Within 6 weeks or so I had found this amazing forum and and its incredible member base.
I would like to thank you all for getting me off the death sticks and for the support,advice and friendship that you have offered.
Since the 1st of may 2014 I have had 0 cigarettes, that is down to getting the right kit, great advice and camaraderie that this fabulous group of peeps are known for.
Thank you all.

Had my anual health review other day and my BP and pulse are good, I'm asthmatic and for first time since my teens blew 780 on the pekometer thingymabob.
Doc is really pleased and asked loads of questions about vapeing.
I'm officially a non smoker on medical records as well now.

To anyone lurking and wondering if vapeing works, I myself was sceptical when first introduced by my brother inlaw but one day I picked it up filled it with blackjacks and never had a CIG again.
Wasent until about 2 weeks later that it really dawned on me how bloody effective and easy it was.

Yep and it's getting easier every day as the gear get's better and better, one of the lads at work that I got started into Vaping has just got a mate of his started, and where as I started on a 900mah Ego and clearomiser twin pack from Vape Escape, he just got his pal an istick 50watt and and mini Nautilus, if you can't stop with that then theres no hope for you.

I feel exactly the same way.

Vaping is the way to get your life back after the fags and stories like yours should be published in medical journeys and on 40 foot billboards everywhere.

The more people we can attract to vaping the better.........it's just the smarter choice.

Amazing is the right word - I know I've said it so many times before, but I still can hardly believe that I no longer smoke. It's such a wonderful amazing feeling
