Yihi mini m class best device I've used period! For me it's the worst I have ever used period....! Would you like to elaborate for me why you think it is the worst please letsavit as I tend to agree with lordvaper and many others on the tube after using the m class since it became available, DNA 40 has had problems and is still doing so, just my own opinions though on the M class, which I will be giving a very favourable review too soon, I think you will get the DNA 40 fan boys and the YIHI fan boys just as you do with android and ios with smartphones, it will ultimately come down to your own personal opinion really, but I am yet to see a bad review for the M Class

it looksooking at this TAN PlusBut its a bit more than £32... I looked at this the other week, must say It looks fantastic, still very tempted to put in an order, but want to try out the dna40 in the zero first, most reviews are favorable, but seeing carl say its been plagued with problems is a little concerning, let me know if you order, would be interested to find out what you think, cheers Glen

-V- & richo71 The YiHi M class is fine in Kanthal mode if you like the menu, having no power lock, the up/down controls changing the profile unless you do a special sequence of presses and like vary heavy medium sized mods. For temp sensing they have chosen to not power the coil with varying pulse with modulation, have not included pre-heat and have not refinement mode to more accurately calibrate your coil. They have taken the strange route of using a pulse to read resistance and the only way this makes sense to me is that they couldn't get real-time power regulation to work accurately enough, Evolv have been doing this since the Darwin, but there seem to be some clones managing to do it so I am puzzled by the design. The one I had on a good day was 70 F out, more than twice that on a bad day, very inconstant with some 510 connections as to how tight they were and it would read a 0.12 ohm coil at 0.017 ohm about every 10 reads. From cotton test and vaping it seems to allow a larger heat swing as even at very low temps you can smell the cotton heat if you fire for long enough (8+ scecs) which the DNA does not do. I have sent my one back and will leave you with a cotton test.

Many thanks for the above and pictures I am a little confused with the IPV4 temp mod I just got I use the SubTank with stock OCC Nickel coils and on my DNA 40 mod and my Vapor Flask clone dna 40 temp mod I can run the tank dry at 480 F at 22W and get zero burnt or bad hits However with the IPV4 temp mod set at 460 F at 20 J all i got when my tank ran dry was a huge mouth full of burnt cotton taste and you could smell the burning too...
Someone mentioned hitting it down by 100 F and then try it, so that's what I am doing now to see if it does the same or not, but IMHO 100F is a lot in difference... But so far the vape quality is still as good at 360F but we'll see when the tank is dry how it works then;....

DNA40 for me but then that's the only temp sensing I've used, I've only made one kanthal build in the last six months.
The only glitch I have is all three I own have the 'celsius bug', no big deal as I could just run in farenheit but I just switch to fahrenheit/off when I want to run in a new coil. I expect there would be no quibble from Evolv if i wanted to change them.

It`s generally quite soft and bendy glen, very easy to distort your coil when inserting the wick. But with care and practise it`s okay.

Yep as robby said plus you tend to use thinner wire. I build a new coil rather than rewick. If you make contact coils you have to be much more gentle when you pinch the coils. Spaced twisted coils seem to perform best for me. This is a good introduction glen

I'd love to hear your views on why it's the worst mate that's such a strong statement lol I have a dna 40 device and the Yihi mini m class as well as several other box mods and mechs now. I have not touched anything else since getting the Yihi mini m class. I look forward to your reply.
