my understanding is that the provari v2 due soon is immensely more expensive than the other options... any idea on uk price???
i'll be back shortly for an in-depth description of what exactly i am going to need.. seems like this is not a 1 piece kit that you just screw your juice into... thx so far for all the confusing advice...

I've both the Provari & Lavatube James, I wouldn't part with either . . . but if I was in your position today . . . I'd buy a Lavatube, see how I got on with it, then upgrade to a Provari if I felt like it. Once you've had a VV device, it's not easy to go back to a non regulated one . . . so I don't think you'd regret the LT purchase at all, as spares are always good.

IMHO An e cigarette is like anything anything else. If it does the job it was created for, then that's good enough. A Ferrari will get you from A to B the same as an Audi will

right, so correct me if i am reading this wrong.
Provari v1... about 80 quid, looks like a solid piece of kit and generally recommended.
Lavatube - about half the price, but bang for buck much better deal... some noob like me is basically not going to know the difference.
i hear mention of other options, but a bit confused on those, should i be happy to just look to making a decision based on one of the 2 above mentioned ones?
secondly, batteries + extra requirements. what would i need for both ( bear in mind, i'm no Roman Abramovic but will make sure i buy the best available option upfront as i 'hate' being in the situation where i think 'this could be better if i just bought the more expensive option').
thirdly, and most noobishly dumbsass, do i just use regular carto's? or do i move onto tanks or the CE devices....
should i just forget the Provari v2 for now... maybe this is a bit overkill...
so, my dear friends and advisors, based on the 2 most popular options, what would i need to buy to maximise the enjoyment of my purchase?
bear in mind, the quicker i get a comprehensive response, the faster i'll leave you all alone and let you get on with more enjoyable conversations...

incidentally the mrs seems to be getting on better with the SD keyring now, so i have decided to use all my spending resources on myself.... and from what i gather above, can you buy a shorter battery for the Riva1100, or did i read this wrong?

And the beauty of the lavatube is that if it has a 510 connector thread then it'll work on it. You just up and down the volts till you find a setting that suits your needs with the attie you are using.

Buy a lavatube and see how you get on with VV vaping and then you can decide to invest in a more long term solution..
