Hello, I'm sort of out of the Vaping world atm, I know what I like and I like what I know, which is fine until somebody asks you for advice! My mum has decided she wants to stop smoking and start vaping and has asked me to help her buy her gear. She doesn't want anything bigger than an ego sized battery. So my question is, are egos still the most reliable of that type, which atomizer would you recommend to go with it? I was thinking an evod? And where is the best place for reliability and a good price?
Thanks xxx

The vaping world has rather been overtaken with the box mod form thesedays Ratfinkz, iSticks have bought about a revolution . . . . although for many would be vapers then I guess they're still looking for something Ego size and shape. If there's no convincing your Mum to try an iStick, then I'd suggest an Ego Twist or Vision Spinner: www.ukecigcabin.com/product/spinner-900mahPerhaps combined with a Mini Protank rather than an Evod, although they use the same coil heads: www.ukecigcabin.com/product/mini-protank-tip

I aggree with the others, ego type devices are sooooo last year darling ( ab fab quote) See if you can work out her reasons for wanting an ego type device as if its a physiological issue re its shape more cig like than a small box mod. Might be worth explaining pros and cons of the different devices. She will get a much better Vape useing an istick and a protank or Similar than an ego style pen device. It will also last alot longer charge wise and wont leave her with nowt to Vape whilst charging.

I started out with a cheap ego, quickly bought an evod vv and evod 2. If I hadn't then bought an mvp and an aerotank I'd have been back on the cigs. If she really doesn't want a box then a vision spinner 2 and protank mini would be a good buy

I would advise an IStick as well, they are pretty small, have decent battery life and kinda cute looking in its range of colors. They do a mini version as well(below). It only has a 1100mah battery and max 10w but i dont think she would use over 10w anyway...well not for the first 6 months at least. As its battery is small it will charge in about 1 hour 30mins. I dont know what to suggest as a tank.....Maybe one of the Aerotank MOW's . You dont want to start her off on one of those sub ohm tanks that are flooding the market right now.

If she's really set on a stick type battery then i would go for the Joyetech eGo One. There are 4 sizes available the 1100mAh the 2200mAh and the Mega and the Mini. They all come with matching tanks in the kit, the tank has adjustable airflow and there are two premade coil heads available a 1ohm and 0.5ohm. You can also get rebuildable heads for them if rebuilding is your thing. I only have the 1100mAh and 2200mAh versions, here they are pictured with a Mini Protank3 to give an idea of size.

Even though she is flirting on the BBW border, I would well bend that Tia over

Lots of good suggestions. My two penneth - a couple of Emows myepack.co.uk/kanger-emow-mega-kit.html Because today's simple devices are well up to the job, VV (or VW) makes all the difference and sounds like looks are important to mum. Edit Maybe set up each suggestion in a different tab, go through them with her and let her choose.

30watt istick (spring loaded 510) and a couple of aero or pro tanks with an airflow controller, don't think you'll go far wrong with something like this imo

my mum has an istick 20w with a mini nautilus, and a kanger emow mega starter kit. think both set ups are pretty ideal for what you are looking for.
