Purchased something from a UK based vendor a few days ago and there was a 4% surcharge for using Paypal.
Are vendors/retailers allowed to do this?
I'm guessing they are as they were doing it.
Never come accross it before.

I think 4% is pp transaction charge to a retailer.

I have never purchased anything via pay pal with a surcharge so thier small print needs to be very large for it to be fair
