You'll pick the lingo up in no time! It does seem daunting and a bit scary to start with but someone here is always willing to help with any questions (none are stupid) and problems

Welcome to AAEC TallPaul70 The ego probably wasnt the best thing to buy, but I did the same about 18 months ago and it got me off of cigarettes for the first week or so and did its job. The istick is a much better investment and should last you a good year or so at least. As for juices, its a matter of taste really. Some like to stick to tobacco flavors, others prefer the desert flavors, like vanilla custard, some like fruit flavors or menthol or aniseed. I used to get my juice from LT-Ecigs He has a lot to choose from and reasonably priced. I still use them for the odd concentrate now that I make my own. Keep up the good start.

TallPaul70 - hi and a warm welcome from me too! You've certainly upgraded to two excellent pieces of kit. The iSticks are great, as are the Mini Nautiluses (Nautilii!?)and you really won't look back once you have those in your hands. The next thing is finding a juice or two that you really like. There are just so many vendors to choose from, but PLEASE ask here first before spending hard-earned cash on juice; we can hopefully point you in the right direction. Avoid eBay - they technically don't allow e-cigarette gear or juices, but many vendors seem to get away with it, but there are many cowboys there and it's difficult to know where to look first. We have a good list of vendors, many offering a discount code to forum members, so check in the shopping section for these well-respected vendors. Above all remember "The only stupid question is the one that you haven't asked!", so fire away!

Welcome TallPaul70, you won't look back. I'm nearly 10 months and 10 mods later and still haven't had an analog. So something worked for me. You have found the right forum for great advice, without making you look a fool. I know I have asked what I thought were stupid questions, but got great answers. We are all still learning this great activity, so your question may help others too. So ask away and don't hold back.

Hi Like you I recently joined this fab group. I have received lots of great advice and I am going to purchase an istick and nautilus mini, been using a ego type but keep going back to the stinkies, hoping the istick will do the trick. for kicking the habit

A warm welcome to you TallPaul70. At least you'll appreciate how much better the iStick/Nautilus set up is when you get it, so the Ego experience hasn't been wasted . . . . far from it as you've not smoked for 5 days.
