I just received this support email:
The order was for a couple of Magma RDA's and some plain glass tubes for Kayfun 4 clones.
Anyone else had a returned item this week?

That has happened to me before. I think sometimes it's their way of getting around an 'out of stock' issue. They say they've shipped........give you the parcel photo..........and then they have a months grace period to actually get the stock in. Or I'm just a cynical old git

Yes tomj777, I've just had exactly the same thing, and the tracking information appears to support what they've said, I'd already raised a support ticket about it as I'd checked the tracking yesterday and that showed it had been moving about, but all within China. The response to the original support query said that it had been returned by customs (Chinese)... don't know why that would be, just a Lemo 2 and some rebuilding tools. I've asked them to resend, so we'll see how long that takes. This is my first FT order, too Though I've now got a couple more supposedly en route...

FT are not shy in saying the product is not in stock, so not sure why they would go to the bother of pretending to ship it. Sound like they fooked up the shipping label. Get them to resend it.

Yep same here, just told them today to resend via sing post It must be a postal thing judging by the variant in products from all of us Wish they would get it posted and with me in 6 days rather than 20 days, i've already waited 14 days and paid extra Maybe we will all get a refund for the postage?

I received an email last night explaining that because so many epacket packages have been returned, they have shipped my order via Singapore post and I will be refunded the appropriate amount for the shipping cost. Looks as though we will be losing the epacket option.

2 years ago a huge number of orders went missing due to repeated cock ups by their shipping agent, FT said that the tracking numbers weren't recorded properly, but most never turned up and refunds were very slow. There was loads of people kicking off on the FT customer forum at the time and there is nothing obvious about ePacket on the first page ATM. ETA actually this thread may be of interest, I have only looked at the first page
