Ebay have swung back and forth since I've been vaping with their enforcement of the ' Tobacco Policy ' . . . . . at one time, anything ecig related was a complete non starter - then bit by bit equipment/eliquid has crept back.

I guess it depends whether or not you slip in under the radar with the current regime letsavit.

If you list it as "E-Shisha" it should bypass their system.

Ebay banned the sale/listing of e-cigs 6 years ago.

AAE-C started as an ebay community group & a few months after they banned e-cigs, I was given 24 hours to remove all links to e-cigs from the group & that was when I set up this forum.

Ive had trouble in the past, now I put the phrase 'NO NICOTINE' in big letters some where in the ad and it seems to work.

News too me, second time I have a clear out of some vaping gear and other stuff to raise funds..... There's loads of vaping stuff on there...just don't put "atomiser" in the title...

I had the same trouble with eBay's inconsistent and arbitrary application of their "rules" when I first started doing e-pipes.

That's when I started my own web site - so they did me a favour, indirectly.

There is a lot of "tell tailing" goes on, I have had a few listings removed. I suspect if you list something that is lower than someone elses they can report it. The trouble is their complaint/contact system is the most frustrating thing to use. Very hard to contact them without having to go through the automated system.

I think you are fine if you dont mention nicotine, seen a lot of listings with a disclaimer about nicotine use which seems to work as well. I haven`t tried it myself yet

That's the only word I changed as I picked it up reading their warning though.. Weird...one rule for one.

No matter what statements disclaimers ,regarding no nicotine, not e-cigarette you put in the listing
Other sellers will hit the report button to use ebay take down policy and even if it is just a title and photo e-bay will remove your item.

I wish Ebay had the wit to go and look at the complainers items for sale, there is no way of finding out without just guessing. It is time they reviewed the whole thing. Why they allow a shisha (59,000 listings) section is beyond reason and logic. At least 90% of them are ecigs, egos etc. The disclaimer method has worked for me in the past, whether it put someone off complaining or I got lucky none of us will ever know.
