Here yo go robbyIts not so much the sending a clone tank instead of the original we both paid for in good faith, ( Even thiugh if this was a UK vendor all hell would have broken loose) its the customer service that bugged me more with the "We Sent a Harvest Tank! I dont take kindly to being called a liar! .

car147 . . . . I don't believe that any of us are unsympathetic towards yourself or beedee, so please don't take it that way. None of us in the same situation would be thrilled. Whilst all of these overseas Customer Services Dept leave much to be desired, their forum reps do try very hard to sort out our issues. If you can just be a little more patient until isabel22 is back to work tomorrow and online to deal with the problem.

I do believe this is a stocking/labelling error but in saying that I would be pished off too I was sent a fake. Also directly contacting gearbest via thier ticket system gets you no where from my experience, I only gearbest due to Isabel being on here and helping and pay pals protection. Get your money back guys and buy from focal or fastech. Me too, but give her a chance to sort it out, that is what she is here for It`s one atty and when you look at how far they have come since the early days. Yes, it`s one too many but if anyone thinks FT or any other vender including Focal are any better as regards the ticket replies, think on. It`s often Doris who has to be called in to sort it out. Yea agree just thinking if gearbest have a stock issue the same may well come back as the replacement...

They`ve sent you a standard reply to most problems as a lot of companies do with the usual send us pictures etc at first contact. Send them some pics and it will be sorted. Is the SKU on the mod (if there is a sticker) what you ordered? Yes, they`ve messed up somehow but I`m confident it will be sorted. Personally I wouldn`t be happy about sending it back, it`s a lot of hassle. Good luck with it car147 and Scotland were bleedin robbed

However, I've still been in 2 minds, for a long time, as to whether to wave goodbye to them, or not But as Perpetua says, their reps do try very hard to sort out the issues & without them, members would be up the creek without a paddle.

It would be our loss if they lost their status over this, some of the best prices in China, and now the UK warehouse which is proving a success. Isabel should have been given a chance to sort this out tomorrow when she can answer, and there is a thread for these problems and PMs that should be used. She really does not deserve all this.
EDIT .... I would hazard a guess that Gearbest is very near to the top of the list as far as China orders goes for the AAEC, mistakes happen, standard notifications go out asking for photos etc, that`s China and certainly not just Gearbest.

I can totally understand your predicament My personal opinion is that gearbest should keep thier status for the same reasons as perpetua, Isabel being here is helpful at sorting out issues, we have Doris from focal which is also so. Many of us will shop from China regardless of status here due to their prices, deals will be posted. Fastech have the same pitfalls and many deals are posted yet we have no one here to help, it's thier cut and past ticket system or PayPal to sort it. Most here know these potential pitfalls except new members. With regards to newbies maybe a disclaimer sticky on the China venders thread? All us vapers are all on the same side here, the vapers side, yea I would be pished and it's worth a rant but let's not argue among ourselves. Had my fair share of bad service from China too, but saved a lot of money on the way also, remember my blue atty stand when I ordered clear.... Give (edit ) Isabel a chance to sort this

I`m not having a go here car147, they have sent you the wrong thing, whether you think it is deliberate or not, the system is the same with more or less all China venders and problems. You just have to jump through the hoops and send them the pictures. This isn`t pro Gearbest, it`s just the normal sytem in China. You`ve got the jiffy bag and the atty, just take a clear pic (especially of the "fruit" bit) and it will get sorted. I know it`s not ideal but it is normal China vender practise, focal and fasttech are exactly the same. They all want at least a picture. Probably the same for a lot of UK venders as well. It`s something I have had to do a few times in the past with China, didn`t like it, but it is China norm. I have absolutely no doubt that it will happen again as well to me. It looks like the Dovpo Forever kit had the right atty from the review screenshot I posted. Anyway, good luck with it. I am sure Isabel will sort you out.

Morning All. I've had a purge on this thread of some of the posts as truly it was getting ridiculous . . . . and reflecting poorly on us as a forum quite frankly.
