Incorrect product from Gearbest

Hope so phatfil , am also still waiting for a promised refund from them on a Smowell that caused a battery to vent, so am somewhat losing faith in them.... Still, maybe we'll get an explanation and a speedy resolution from isabel22

No logo's on mine, not even anything printed around the 510 on the base. I can also confirm there's not a cats in hell chance of the Subtank coils fitting, it just falls straight through.

The coil that came with this Fruit Tank is far wider, hence wider bore abd threading in the base.

Sorry , but i dont buy the its a mistake theory.

To be fair most Chinese vendors always state (Style ) in the heading for clone versions . This is the first time i have seen or heard fir that matter an item being described as genuine, only to be a clone when recieved ( not a very good one at that)

Authentic Harvest tank coils

Authentic Fruit tank coils

Certainly don't appear anything remotely like the same coils phtumshk.

car147, I wouldn't consider that a reply from GB, it is more like an insult.

Apparently they have checked they have sent you the original Harvest tank, now you have to confirm and prove it is a clone (a poor clone at that)

Yea sorry TJ not a good pic, they are baisically saying they sent a genuine Harvest tank, i have now sent them actual pics of the tank i recieved and await their response.

I can just make out the etching with Harvest on the front, but i bet its the Fruit Tank they send.

I've had this every time with both Fastech and Gearbest, so this time I included a photo with my initial complaint.  Was once also asked for a photo of the packaging - so included that too!  

I once even had to send a video of an item not working to Fastech...

The motto seems to be 'The customer is always wrong' - until you provide documentary evidence!
