SteveF I ordered a pack of these they came in the 180's and I found them ok, I found this way of wicking the Muji works a dream, once you stretch the pad out it no longer feels coarse, just an idea Scottish Roll

I use the scottish roll method for getting the most out of the subtanks RBAs, I drill the holes out to 4mm, it feeds plenty of juice to a 0.6mm titanium coil. I used a thicker version in drippers a while back but its a PITA when you have a couple of favourites and keep changing the flavour.
Unfortunately this muji I have won't wick, its like a liquid lock, the tails fill up and the middle vapes out whilst the tails are wet. I've wicked 5 tanks ( Bellus, Billow, TFV4 rca deck, Crius, Griffin) with it again and again to the point where there is so little wick they flood and leak or the wick damn near falls through the coil. Changed everything and the only constant is the wick. I used the cotton from the TFV kit and the TFV, Crius and Griffin are gulping juice now. Believe me when I say confidence in my builds has taken a serious knocking over the last few weeks.

I would have bought a few of packs of different wick if the B&M had them. A 45 minute 12 mile round trip to the next shop so in reality almost nothing to be saved.
Will just have to order a few brands and see what I like the most.
the ahem Draco contributes to a nice vape, random fibres make it an utter pita for tanks but I like it in a dripper

SteveF the link somone posted to amazon listing is a good price (free delivery as well) theres a lot of other stuff available online as well all cheap as chips if your after testing it out, my local b&m I know where it is on the high street (never been in there though) i think i met someone from this forum at the local xmass fair (the cloth cap and glasses) i was needing an adaptor and just as i was buying it some loon was trying ot engage the poor fella in theological discussions (and blesss him he couldn't tell the guy to take a hike and ignoring him wasn't working...) i made an exit sharpish as soon as the god botherer started dribbling about the lords work.... but i wouldn't go in a shop and spend cash if that's the sort of prices they are charging, its not like i cant get the goods from a well known internet site for less than half the price in double the quantity/

I don't go into my local B&M if I can help it, they are riding on the vaping buzz and probably doing quite well all considered but usually I just shake my head at the smog pouring through their front door and walk on by. Fasttech, Gearbest, Cigabuy and to a lesser extent Amazon have been my main sources and then I only buy when its at a low low price. I don't need 90% of what I have, well maybe 80%...or 70%. JHC don't you just hate the shineyitus

I use this too, holds it's shape very well for use in 'Filler Type' atties.

Having said this, I have recently ordered some cotton from Japan via Amazon - I'll look out the link and post here, it might be the same as the one at the top of this thread, can't remember! Due to arrive sometime in the next 2 weeks, I'll report back once it gets to these shores

I ordered a pack of the Puff cotton, some ken dodd and a pack of cotton bacon. As much as I am loathe to say it the Egyptian cotton is vaping very nicely. I got 8 fills of a Griffin from the first wicks, not bad for Kreeds at 70w and the cokls were really gunged up. Best was tharit didn't take much for the wicks to settle in.

Gearbest still appears to have stock of the original 140pc packs. £6.10 + free shipping. EU warehouse too! I won't link it as I'm not sure of the status of Gearbest here, but just a heads up. Just look on the EU warehouse and the listing is on the first page.

I have been using the new style Muji for the last couple of weeks now . Apart from being very slightly thinner I cant see any other difference . It still wicks and vapes the same in everything I use it in.
