How to get the best out of cartos & tanks??

Just wondering if there are any methods that gets the best out of cartos & tanks?

Dunno really Hissie, I fill a carto, insert in tank, fill tank, then I suck without pressing the button to make sure my cato is really juiced up, away to go, as soon as the carto drops off, I replace it so that it stays nice.

I don't actually own any tanks yet lol. Waiting for a few stardust ones.

I'm just looking for ways to get the best out cartos or tanks. I just basically use the condom method, then direct drip. However, I seem to be going through juice like there is no tomorrow.

Stardust are different to normal tanks Hissie, you just take the mouthpiece off and drip the liquid down the outside of the centre tube!

The stardusts are really good I think, lovely flavour, easy to fill and use, lasting quite well. Wouldnt say they are the best throat hit though but they make up for it every other way for me.

I love my stardusts! So easy to use and I get really good flavour from them. Like you say the throat hit isn't fab but that doesn't bother me either, I'm more bothered about the flavour

I just condom fill use then condom fill again if it stays wet it seems to last longer
I am using a couple of 6 ml tanks and dc cartomisers 2 of which have been going over a month now withe the same flavours of course just keep topping them up its great only have to fill every other day and i chain them too
note to self must try stardust thingies

Don't forget as well Hissie, that you will use more juice now that you're using a LT/VV . . . the higher the voltages you vape at, the more juice you'll use.

It's a trade off for an improved vape really.

I am using a 6ml tank (45ml SR boge cartomiser) with 50%VG/PG and I find that after a couple of days the performance really drops, so I have been cleaning out in boiling water by sucking through with a 30ml syringe (with a bit of tube on the end) then air drying. I have also put some of mine in the freezer (as some on this forum have found this helps). I have read that this means you can reuse many times, but the weather here is not very good and my first two batches sitting on my window sill have not dried out yet
