Just been thinking has anyone got a plan when the Nic shit hits the fan other than stocking up.

Apart from weaning myself off the nic no but as i vape at only 2 mg now i really shouldn't have a problem,
a couple of lts in the freezer will last me yonks.

I'm still using the 300ml I bought when I started mixing about 18 months ago, down to 1.8mg now (when I remember to add it)

Im cautiously optimistic it will still be avaliable.
Usually the government likes to go for the easy targets, I think straight nicotine base will be at the bottom of there 'to tax' list.
But I could be wrong.

Im now on zero nic, surely the best plan. I found mixing my own was the best way to get off the Nic as you can reduce at 1mg a month and not notice any difference at all

Nope . . . . like others my nic strength has decreased dramatically with subohming, work eliquid I'm on 12mg and use no more than 30ml in a week . . . . and my friend who I mix for, I've taken them back gradually to 12mg. Not a word has been said lol.

So, with what I've tucked away in the freezer although I'm not complacent - I'm relatively confident that we could both cut back further if needs be to eke supplies out.

You can certainly eke your friend as you've seen, my wife having started on 18mg has no idea she's been nic free for 6 months or so

I don't seem to have any luck with Nic in the freezer, iv had 3 x 250ml bottles from different suppliers over the years in the freezer and they have all gone off when I came to use them.

Iv been on 3mg for some time now but just cannot drop any lower ( god iv tried ) I get all irritated tbh I think it's all in your head but it's not a nice feeling.

Not sure why it's gone off mark iv got Ltrs in my freezer, some have been in there over
2 years and are still the same colour as they were when they went in,
And the one I'm using is still fine,
I just decant 500ml @ a time to use which is kept in the house,
I only use PG base but have had a 50/50 blend @ 72mg in there too,

Iv had 100ml of pg Nic in the freezer for 3 month I tried a mix with it yesterday and it's got a bad smell and very harsh so I did same mix with some Nic iv had in a draw ( 5 week old stuff ) and it's fine.

I think it depends on how long ago it was manufactured and how and where it's been stored before we get it.

I'm not sure why you're having issues either . . . . are you decanting into Amber glass bottles upon receipt, then freezing it immediately minime ?

This works as I'm using VG and PG Nic Base that's been ' frozen ' for 5 years and it's fine!
