Well I have to say the Scottish news does depress me at times. Making so much of how many medals the Scots have contributed to the GB tally. I thought it was one big happy UK team  |

I thought it was one big happy UK team That's the media for you Greg - creating divisions where there are none, for the sake of a story.  I've taken immense pleasure and pride in seeing all of our GB medal winners . . . . which part of the country they hail from is totally irrelevant to me, as I would imagine it is for most people. Charlotte Dujardin and Valegro, another fantastic team performance from the both of them!  |

That is more correct sydsut as Great Britain on it's own doesn't include Northern Ireland. That would be United Kingdom, but that doesn't include dominions. Anyway we are doing very well and even better today with Jason Kenny and soon to be Mrs Kenny nee Trott. Or should that be Sir Kenny and Dame Laura.  |

Phenomenal the stamina and endurance of the Triathlete's . . . . I was exhausted after just watching the race!  Gold & Silver from the Brownlee Brothers - can't ask for more than that.
