Ok so I was probably gonna try one at some point, but won one in me Vapefest raffle baggie.
Quick thoughts.
Really well made (I can however open it without bothering with the lock mechanism since I have very strong finger lol), holds a decent amount of liquid but then it needs to.
Using double delight flavour but yeah to utilise the octuple coil properly I'd have to use lower than my normal 18mg/ml. Flavour is fine but I get better to my taste buds from my crius and crius plus overall. Unsurprisingly loads of cloudage.
Since I've got it now and it has a rebuildable deck which is probably what I'll end up using with SS claptons, it'll get use. Safe to say the octuple coils are all very well but since I'm not a cloud chaser per se the cost per coil is way above what I want to pay (insert cheapskate joke here).

Got the one I bought at VF up and running yesterday, pre-installed octuple coil filled with Decoded Atlantis and on top my SMOK H-Priv at 120w, the Beast definitely needs power, those with better lungs could probably up the wattage. oh and vereybowring, yer lost ye key to the padlock on ye sporran

Needs 100w+ to get it going and at that power it drinks juice like a Ferrari! As I said its a bit much with my normal 18mg/ml I usually use up to 80W, but I will probably knock up some 12mg/ml and can really get it going lol

Got some "alien" coils in the rba at 100w and it chucks and drinks faster than the coil heads. Well not at 260w maybe but that's not my style

I run one with a 0.28 fused clapton build at 155watts and love it! The flavour is awesome, better than stock coils.
Still use my kfl+ mostly though for the pure convenience and juice saving.
12mg in the kfl+ and 3mg in the tfv8, treat it more like a dripper.

Ideally need something like an RX200 or lipo mod for the wattage when you start going higher.
I use the RX DNA200 triple battery or DNA200 lipo box for it.

I've got an rx200 or Primus so no worries there, and will have my DNA200 as soon as the board is fixed and back from evolv.

Surprised how well the smok r200 is handling the wattage actually, my 25rs are staying cool too. I like a restrictive ish draw though closed it off to a 3rd and dropped to 100w flavor is beautiful. Using kendo vape cotton for the first time it's superb for these big powe builds

That one I stuck in the RX was dicky first time and had to send it back. I wish we could just do a warranty through mod maker or something.

My third one arrived yesterday, the first I've bought since VF, and...
Smok have sorted the one thing I disliked about the tank, the loose drip tip.
I find I get 2-3 weeks out of the stock coils and haven't really had a dud yet, touch wood. I love them, they do what they are meant to do and do it without fuss, the cloudage aside.

ok tc and this tank are not friends lol the rba grub screws are a little soft works best with fused claptons dont seem to work well with sensible small coils/high ohm setups and last but not least its made me start mixing my own juice again lol
on a side note the coils they supply in the rba are huge and only just fit in the rba it takes a bit of care to line them up so they fit without touching the sides to me it seems a little dangerous for new peps ,1 wrap less makes them fit much better
