I don't like eating coconut but after trying the Mexican ice cream I'm liking the taste of it in that.

I use it very sparingly otherwise I find it can overpower other flavours and be quite drying in a mix. Yup. Use with caution. I add a few drops to some of my mixes... strong stuff.

i dont mix but did buy a FA once to add to a cream based juice and it needed the whole bottle and still wasnt that strong. it was a 10ml concentrate added to about 90ml pre mixed. cant remember which version it was though as there were a few on their site.

I love coconut especially with coyote before it but never found one that really stands out. I've got some TPA coconut steeping and it's not very strong even in its undiluted state I don't really get a coconut smell from it.

My FlavourArt guru (HeadInClouds) wrote about FA Coconut: I've used Flavorah's Sweet Coconut successfully in a few mixes. The company blurb says: "Clean and fresh coconut flavouring is like pure white, grated coconut shavings. Unlike our standard coconut flavour that is rich and toasted, this sweet coconut is fruity and light. Excellent for mixing into drink clones like piña coladas."

I use it in a coffee mix that i love Same with me. I add to a Cappuccino mix I make and also add a few drops of espresso to give it a bit more of a coffee kick. All FA flavours.

Number one suggestion, don't be tempted by the Cupcake World coconut, it ranks at the top of my worst ever concentrates ! I've used the Liquid Barn Coconut Milk. In a tester @ 4% it was plenty strong (so it's good VFM), and tasted to me like that coconut crème you get in blocks at the supermarket - very nice and a quite authentic unsweetened coconut flavour, but a bit on the creamy side. Have not tried in any mixed recipes yet.
