Day seven, I know have some delish peanut butter high strength juice (much better than the stuff from TW) from James and a Tornado in the post and am in seventh heaven! I've had about five analogs since last Wednesday and that's only because 'they were there' Only problem is I'm vaping far more than I ever smoked, only smoked eight, but at the moment I'm going through at least four charges of my Titan batteries every day! (hence order for Tornado) It all seems too easy though, did anyone else feel like that?

Hi Lindsay, Firstly absolutely delighted to hear you're doing so well - huge congratulations. My intial experience was pretty much the same as yours, the first couple of weeks I had the odd analogue, just to reassure myself I wasn't actually missing anything! Then I gave the 'emergency' packs away as I decided I really prefered vaping to smoking! Haven't looked back since and will be 6months come September since I smoked and I packed them away 40/50 a day, it really has been that easy and straightforward for me. You'll love your Tornado I'm sure, have got one myself ~ it's brilliant for holding it's charge.

I'm also delighted to hear how well you are doing Lindsay Don't worry too much at the moment about you vaping more than you smoked. There is a good chance that after a while you will adjust & don't find you need to vape so much.

Marvellous news, Lindsay, and thanks so much for posting because it's so encouraging for anyone thinking of making the change from cigs to e-cigs Also, it's great to hear that you've got on so well, as a total newbie, with the Titan/510 - up-to-date feedback on "starter models" is invaluable. scylla

I also took to vaping from day 1, gave up the fags straight away and not had one since, nearly 8 months. Some would say it's an achievement, but i don't feel like that at all. How can it be, swapping fags for something far more enjoyable? no hardship, no suffering, no achievement, just pleasure

Hey well done from me too!! I found it relatively easy initially, once I eventually got started. Had a few teething problems since, but after the advice received from folks on this forum, I'm now able to iron out many of the issues myself. Over time you do get to learn when things are going right & when something is wrong. With advice from us lot, you'll be a seasoned vaper in no time

Well done you Have had the same experience bar the first week teething probs and a few along the way. Don't let the govt know that you are enjoying it though, they will tax you.

Thanks for all the replies! I would say teething problems so far have been ordering the wrong strength juice (or it could just be that TW's is not a patch on James') also, one of my atties is not so good but since I have two more plus a LR on the way that shouldn't be a problem. Another thing I'm not keen on is the blue light on the Titan....seems a bit tacky looking.

Lindsay, the LR attie won't work well (if at all) on your Titan but will be fine with your Tornado.

I think you will like the tornado - it seems to be well made and the batteries last all day. Only slight complaint about the hardware is that the charger runs quite hot - I wouldn't want to leave it on overnight.
Also I've had a possible problem with the carts melting slightly - see "new user" thread.
I'm into my 5th day and I've cut down on the normal cigs by more than half - and today went 7 hours without one, didn't get any real cravings. Normally the only time I can not smoke for that long, I'm asleep!

You shouldn't need to leave the charger on overnight. The batteries don't take too long to charge.
I usually stick my batteries on when I know I'm in the house for a while. Never had any problems.
