Yep it was at this stage of my reading that just blew my mind. Theres a word im thinking of...4 letters. Prob not best to use it with women around but boy i think he is one

This has turned into the vaping equivalent of one of those soap operas where the plot gets more and more ridiculous as time goes on.

Seems they are trying to produce the definitive and complete 'how not to' guide on customer care and public relations!

IMO, The Vaping Postman described Mr NDB perfectly. This complete numpty needs removed from society never mind the vaping community. In the interest of public health and safety, he should be locked up.

Just a thought but has anyone actually contacted Nitecore about this?
I know people have been checking the validation numbers on the site but has anyone actually reported NDB to them as a retailer selling counterfeit goods with their branding?
Just an idea because companies contacting the authorities i imagine greases the wheels of bureaucracy and gets them moving a little bit quicker than Joe Public.
I'm sure a good chunk of their business comes from forums, facebook posts/groups etc and this issue has been raised on a lot of those social media outlets but there is going to be a portion of the business which is generated from some poor unsuspecting souls just doing a Google search for batteries and chargers.

I popped a search for 18650 batteries into Google and 2 of the first 5 shopping suggestions at the top of the page are for nextdaybatteries.
They feature at number 6 in the list of search results and there is nothing on that Google result page to lead anyone who doesn't frequent forums etc to think that there is a problem with this company.

yup, Adrian the first person that brought it to our attention contacted Nitecore UK and they have confirmed he has not ordered them from them or any other nitecore distribution centre.

even 18650 batteries and Fogstar have now offered to exchange any of the dodgy chargers for their own authentic stock just to get them out of homes.
this josh fella has also been banned from another facebook group after racist remarks. sounds like a lovely chap indeed.

I now no longer feel bad about being very abrupt with him when he contacted me via facebook, asking why we had banned him.

he certainly sounds like a nasty piece of work and i bet there is more we dont even know about.

he has still refused to put a recall disclaimer warning on his website except for this "Latest News 10/10/17 - Our stock has been thoroughly checked and we can guarantee that all our products are authentic enabling you to continue ordering with complete confidence".

i know what you mean Get Off My Cloud as for an unsuspecting brouser searching the net they would have no idea what has happened. i know potv are mentioning the company on almost every post as it is bumping the forum post up the google search so hopefully people will see it.
trading standards, trustpilot, google, youtube have all been informed.
