This has been ongoing more publicly for almost two weeks. I do appreciate that the problem may originally stretch back a few months. In that two weeks Mr NDB had spouted all sorts of garbage in various quarters whilst continuing to sell unsafe equipment. And even worse, exchange fake goods for.............well.......................more fake goods. Having completely destroyed any credibility he may have had, his actions may have damaged the reputation of nitecore and he has made a complete mockery of trustpilot as a credible review option. The alarming thing for me is, he is still being allowed to continue to sell these dangerous items to the public. Why ? Because nobody has stopped him. It's all good and well being vigilant, contacting trading standards and going through the proper channels, but if they drag their heels over this then he'll just continue to fleece his customers whilst endangering their safety and the safety of others.

Edit: I have no problem with the any of my posts/threads being moved by the mods Chrissie if you feel they would be more appropriate elsewhere on the forum.

Now I've seen at first hand how easily Trustpilot can be manipulated, it's become pretty much worthless to me, and I've emailed their compliance team saying so with a formal complaint about NDB.

The thread Here seems to suggest that Trustpilot are investigating (they emailed me to say so in response to my complaint, but I think that was automated) and he's also taken down the direct link on his site to them. Must admit, I think he will weather this storm and just carry on.

I suspect you may be correct. Possibly a change of company name and he'll carry on, as has been his custom in the past.

Deplorable, but we deserve it in a way. As a country, we've gone for the cheapest in every department. Cheap food, fridges etc.
There will be more leaping on this current bandwagon.

This company seems to do a LOT of spamming of their customers gill2009 - I would suggest you give him the review with 5 stars and then say in the text how awful they are, but someone else tried this and they just deleted all the text in the review and left the 5 stars there....

It seems the only thing you can trust Trustpilot to do is come down on the side of the seller every time.
