TBH yes its a bit cheeky from the others but if it was my business I would probably do the same thing.
Ok you will take a hit on the chargers but I bet it would payoff with new customers so long term its worth it IMHO.

and he still has not refunded the original customer and now there are a couple more that have joined the forum to say they bought months ago and they are the same non fused plug.
he has changed his story so many times and all hes doing now is digging a bigger hole for himself.

even 18650 batteries and Fogstar have now offered to exchange any of the dodgy chargers for their own authentic stock just to get them out of homes.
this josh fella has also been banned from another facebook group after racist remarks. sounds like a lovely chap indeed.

Well, I thought I'd found a new decent battery supplier, I've purchased a fair few batteries from that site, even though they've all been fine and genuine I can't see myself going back after that display of customer service that I've just researched- that man should clearly not be allowed to run a business

No problem beedee, but Perpetua had wind of a possible problem before I made my OP and had dropped them from the vendors list here. I had been following the situation elsewhere for a few days but nothing concrete enough to put my neck on the block with a public post at that time. It looks like at least two members of this forum in particular have these chargers. Now hopefully, they can have them exchanged for the genuine items and no real harm has been done.

i would post it here but this forum is too nice for that sort of thing. post 425.
its posted on the massive tread over on the planet.
quite a few of the reviewers with large followings have also posted videos.
and this all could of been sorted on the first day if he had put his hands up and said, sorry and also refunded the original poster.

another customer has reported he is waiting for an electritian as his charger plug has melted itself in the wall socket. this was seriously a close call and lucky it didnt catch fire.
NDB has last night posted a somewhat groveling appology but will still not post a recall on his website.
he has said he has contacted every single person by email who has bought a charger but strangely enough the 3 members on potv who have a order number have never received any communication.
at least the first person to bring it to our attention finally got a refund yesterday but he was blackmailed at first to change his trust pilot review from 1 star to 4 stars to get the refund.
almost 2 weeks later and its still ongoing.
