If you like the disposable, you are going to love either an Innokin or Riva, whichever you decide on ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) The spaced out feeling could be due to too high nicotine content of the disposable (though they aren't usually very high) or it could even be due to too little nicotine or the lack of all the other chemicals in real cigs. BTW, I have heard of folks that have used the e-cig to slowly cut down on nicotine & end up using zero nicotine juice & some have then gone on to give up the e-cig as well ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

The champix is still in my system, cigs taste awful ( even though I'm still smokng them) the juice doesn't taste much better either, although I know it's ok because I have been using it in between tea breaks for a long time.
It's tastes way too strong even though it's the strength I have been using and I have a permament headache.
Hopefully the champix will wear off soon, it took nearly a week to take effect so it's bound to take some time to clear my system.
I've filled the second one with very vanilla as it's probably a bit softer tasting than the menthol I had in the other.
Spacecadet I felt like you felt about being a slave to nicotine, it ruled my life but that's because we had to be in set places at set times, a 4 hour flight bothered me lots, worse still I hated that fact that it bothered me. The last 2 holidays were much better knowing I could still have my nicotine fix.
Also, unlike when I try giving up nicotine, I don't kick myself if I have a real one, it seemed easy to shrug my shoulders, let it go and pick up my ecig instead of feeling a failure.

I looked into champix but the side effects put me off. I tried Zyban years ago and I was a total wreck.
I've ordered my innokin today so willupdate you when it arrives on my progress.
Thanks to all of you for your support, advice and feedback.
I'll be back soon.
xx

Oh brilliant you got some good advice space cadet. Could be anything making you feel spaced out, like too much nicotine, too big an inhale, the dilutant stuff (there are alternatives). Try puffing when you use the e-cig rather than inhaling first of all and see if that helps.
If you're unsure of the technique check out Jason's reviews of e-cigs on e cig reviews (sorry I don't know the link) not so much to buy one (though you can if you like) but for technique as it is slightly different to inhaling a cigarette.

spacecadet I have several 5ml bottles that you are welcome to, virtually all tobacco flavours and maybe a peach cobbler or something, they are of the decadent brand but may help you to find if you are "into" tobacco or other types of flavours. Pm me your address and I'll be happy to send them.

I bought several when he sold them off really cheaply, thinking they would come in handy if I could convert any friends. To be honest I thought I opened them all and piled everything together in my tin, as hubby kept saying MORE !! everytime he opened a cupboard. Think I'll keep them boxed, a friend is going for her 1st smoking cessation app today, she knows how the champix affected me ( though we have agreed everyone is different) she has also seen me with my Riva the past 2 days. So maybe I will still be using them to help friends, though I hope she is successful with no nicotine at all ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

I think I bought about 4 they were very cheap lol, bearing in mind, my ecig only went to work with me, journeys in HIS car( not mine) and airports, I knew they would last a long time lol.
But I didn't expect to forget they were even there.

blimey. I thought you were a beginner Malibu!
Can I ask a question about the innokin...once I have filled up a cartridge and used it a bit, can I unscrew it and put it back in the case or do I have to finish it first? I wasn't sure if it would leak etc.
