As perpy has said, I can only vape 100% VG based juice. PG based juices do set my asthma off, which is bizarre because PG is found in asthma inhalers.

I just remembered being told over the years by a couple of people who stopped smoking said it made them ill but I never thought at the time to ask in what way
and recently a man with copd told me he stopped smoking 5 years ago and if anything if made it worse
???

I wonder if my sudden drop from 20 a day to 7 a day for 3 days aggravated my asthma ???

I don't think it so much that stopping smoking makes you ill, I think that smoking can mask a lot of underlying health problems

looked back and found Chrissie said `E-liquids are based on either PG (Propylene Glycol) & VG (Vegetable Glycerine) & usually a mixture of both.`

Like Chrissie said the carts you have are prob 70/30 pg/vg

I don't think Hissie buys pre-filled carts, I think she gets VG only from Paradise vape and VG Health Cabin RY4, but she will correct me if I am wrong, I know its a waiting game Joan but Hissie will update you with what she buys from whete

I know Queenie bee gets her all VG juice from Vapour juice because of the PG not agreeing with her. All those Suppliers can be found by going to the Suppliers thread on here. If you cant find them, one of us will link them for you

Would like to add, as already mentioned, if it is to do with vaping it could be an ingredient instead of PG or VG, maybe not such an easy one to figure out

I reckon you right shandy. I have known loads of people who have quit smoking & feel like they have a bad chest but it's just their lungs clearing out the c**p.

Your totally correct sandra. I never buy pre-filled carts & avoid them like the plague. I usually purchase Boge cartos as they work well on all the batteries/mods I own. In fact, have eventually moved onto tanks lol. Much easier than topping up constantly, although not good for out of the house vaping (in my opinion).

I buy pretty much all of my juice from James @ Paradise Vape & have recently started to buy RY4 from Health Cabin. Obviously there are a multitude of suppliers out there, I have just stuck with the one.
