Hi Dave, many thanks for the welcome, I’m getting about a day… so that’s sounds about right then. Problem is I have 2 on the go at the same time with different flavours, so find I’m out of power around mid to late evening. with both batteries at around the same time.

Only use them one at a time then Trevor - just switch the parts that hold the liquid over onto the one battery while the other's charging.

Hi Trevor, do you know what resistance Imist you have, if it a low resistance one they will draw more current so your battery will discharge quicker.

Maccafan, Funny you should say that, I’m already looking for an upgrade.
Any advice would help, I sort-off know what I want but have not seen one, all I want is a simple refill option one with a glass tank, I don’t want one to fancy with all these gadgets on them like battery volt changer & various bits that have to be assembled.
I’m now convinced this is the way forward for me. Today I have only had 5 fags, I was around 2 weeks ago going though 30 a day, I’m almost sure if I really put my mind to it I could stop altogether.
The only problem is the cost of an upgrade and where to purchase, I have been going though the suppliers section without much luck.

Sorry I have no idea Des, all I know is it’s got 1100 stamped on it.

The Argento or a Bolt could be worth a look Trevor, if you don't think you want VV especially . . . although I wouldn't rule that out, as it does mean what ever you screw onto the device, you're almost guaranteed to get a good vape. I'll go have a look for some links for you . . . Wow!! Thank you very much.

trevor I'm shocked that no has has quoted the golden rule to you you need backups for your backups but it sounds as if you have figured that out One other suggestion would be to get an eGo Twist. Not sure what the best deal is at the moment but you can certainly get one here (with a 10% discount): www.vapeescape.co.uk/joyetech-ego-c-twist-vv-black-%26-steel~367You can vary the voltage with these and find out what level you like best and it will then hold that until the battery needs re-charging.

I think I may have to put my up-grade on hold for a bit.
I have noticed over the last couple of days, and more so today that I have developed a bad chesty cough. It seems, much worse when getting up in the mornings. Although it is on going though the day.
I’m unsure as to what it can be, it may be the vamps or it could be because I’m not smoking as much and my chest could be trying to clear its self. Although I don’t think it’s that, as that only usually happens when smoking is stopped altogether?
I also think I need to reduce the nicotine; the samples from V.E were 20Mg I’m sure this is way too high for me as said before my fags are only 1Mg Tar & 0.1Mg Nicotine.

Trevor its completely normal to develop a chesty cough when you quit or cut down on smoking, mine has been clearing out too. Maybe a lower nicotine juice would be better for you

Trevor it's great that you're getting so much good advice. As all your questions have been asked in this one thread it's starting to get a bit confusing. You may get even more (and quicker) advice if you start a new thread for each question with the question clearly in the heading. Nobody minds how many questions you ask and it will be easier for people to identify which questions they can help with
Cheers and congrats on your progress
