I Vaping puts nicotine in your body. So you need to be careful that you don't overdose. Symptoms are headaches and nausea so chain vaping, whilst easily done, is not good. Learn to put your imist down for a period of time every half hour for 20 minutes or so. Oh and you can vamp all you like.. Thanks Maccafan, that explains the headaches I’ve been having. I purchased the 1100. Sounds like I need to cut down a wee bit.

I have the same mains charger as Perps, she and Chrissie recommended it. I really like it as I can charge my cigs, phone and kobo in the same place at the same time

There is a possibility that the Li-Ion batteries in the laptop itself may blow up..After all it's only 6 x 18650 batteries in 3 in series and 3 in parallel.. There is also the possibility of getting hit by lightning..Has happened to more people that those whose batteries have blown up whilst charging from a laptop...

The question is would you rather use your relatively expensive laptop to charge your batteries or a relatively inexpensive usb charger designed for the job ....... nuff said

Each to their own I think , and not the right thread for a debate , we are offering advice to newbs and the general consensus is that although it is ok to use your laptop , it would be preferable to use a device designed for the intended job of charging

It's ok to charge a Lithium Polymer cell in your mobile which is so much more volatile but not a e-cig with a much more stable battery on a laptop? To each his own, true, but say that is your preference. Not that it is preferable. That's just rubbish.

I don't know the ins and outs but when I bought my first ecig I was provided with a mains plug. 2 years later I am now supplied with a usb charger. I assumed this was progress.

Trevor, when it comes to charging it is really just down to individual preference. I like my little charging hub I'm away next week and will not be taking a computer, so my little hub will serve me well and as I already said, I often have multiple things that need charging Don't worry about the vamping, my postie thinks I vamp too

Good..Let it stay that way on every thread.. Out of order Macca! Anyway, I thought you liked debate There have been reports on ECF of motherboards being damaged on laptops when folks have been charging their e-cigs via laptop USB ports. I agree with Storm, it's just not worth the risk.
