trevor "I also think I need to reduce the nicotine; the samples from V.E were 20Mg I’m sure this is way too high for me as said before my fags are only 1Mg Tar & 0.1Mg Nicotine."
my ciggies are 6Mg Tar & 0.6Mg Nicotine and I found 24mg and now 20mg too strong for me 18mg is the maximum I should use next time I buy liquid I will buy 12mg
I too have developed a terrible cough but mine is worst at night, once I lie down I start coughing then during the night it will wake me up about 3am but I suffer from asthma so I don`t know if e-cigs are irratating my asthma ???
so as from from today I am leaving the e-cigs alone for a few days to give my cough a chance to settle down

Hi Jez, You might be better to start a new thread of your own so that people can welcome you and give you advice, this is quite an old thread and people might miss it. I haven't heard of nicocigs, are they like nicolites? #welcome2#

O.M.G, I’ve just noticed I started this thread on the 29th June 2 months ago that’s all!! I really think I have a problem! I started with the Imist, 2 ,VV Grippers later and now the proud owner of a Provari, Vivi’s and Visions V3 coming out of the sofa, plus so much juice I think it would fill the tank on my car. Welcome to the forum Jez,

Hello Jez and welcome to the forum In answer to your question, my friend's husband stopped smoking by using Nicocigs (the rechargeable type) and that is what set me off looking into vaping myself. The refills for them are very expensive and they don't last for long. I think you could find much better options by reading and asking on this forum. I started vaping by sending for this www.vapeescape.co.uk/the-ve-riva-1100-deluxe-kit~151 and would recommend it.
