If you feel you want a ciggie then have one. I don't think anyone on this forum views vaping as a way of quitting smoking. It's just healthy than smoking.
I'm fairly sure if folks couldn't get hold of e-cig stuff, they'd go back to smoking analouges.

Hissy, that is so true I started to move house last week (National stress day!) I went to the new house and in the rush forgot my little bottle of juice. Was so stressed without my ecig that I went and bought a packet of analogues. Smoked about 4 during the whole day (not too bad for the old smoker in me) but couldn't wait to get back to the old house that night to get my vaping going Anyway, it taught me a lesson big time . I had a sore throat and lost my voice for a couple of days. The rest of the packet is in my cupboard not tempting me at all and is gradually being emptied by my daughter in law when she visits!

Completely agree with Hissie & Judy Lisa, one of the best things about vaping is that it's an alternative to smoking so you are under no pressure Just use the e-cig in the best way that suits you. As so many of us say, count the real cigs you don't smoke, not the ones you do

absolutely agree with you hissie. this is not the stop smoking clinic afterall, nobody here can tell you what to do in your given situation. if you really feel like you must have a rollie then have one

Everyone is differerent. To be honest in stressful times I have just used the e cig more but I have a friend who gave up smoking 6 months ago and she still has the occasional cig, you have to listen to yourself. The e cig is an alternative, that's all.

Oh Lisa, don't be tough on yourself. If you want an analogue then have one!! I found the most difficult time for me was my first cup of coffee, so allowed myself one. But I only have one coffee a day. I'm probably the worst one for lapsing on here but I know if I haven't got any baccy (which is quite often) I've got my e-cig. Whenever, I go out, I only use the e-cig. MM No one mentioned cigars. LOL

I'm not sure if a combination of every cure known to man could do it for me. (If you ever see someone walking around covered in patches, chewing the gum, swallowing the pills, with acupuncture needles sticking out of their earlobes and heading off to the hypnotist that'll be me giving it a go.) So it's a huge achievement for me to be smoking so few these days, and I bless the day I got started with my ecig.

Lol Inn! Can't really add to what the other lovely peeps have said Always, if you fancy a ciggie have one and don't beat yourself up about, it's not a contest . . . . my first couple of weeks vaping I missed smoking a real ciggie soooooooooooo much, so I went and bought a couple of packs of herbal ones, rather than spark up some of my 'emergency' cigs . . . . . gawd, a couple of them was enough to send me scurrying back to ecigs. I may put them on the Classifieds if anyone's interested.

lol Beepsie! Reckon I'd rather smoke a cheesy sock than one of those herbal jobbies.
