The contrast in the expressions of the two kitties shows how much more open Sasha is - Jasmine is "so far, so good"

Scylla, Jasmine is actually one of the smallest adult Maine Coons I've seen. You are so right though, you tell from those photos just how much more open Sasha is.

I let them introduce themselves to the gang last night. Some grumbles, mainly coming from the new arrivals & Kezie.

Mike's been poorly. We had the driveway paved and the constant vibration freaked him completely... Buried himself and only came up for air for three weeks (sounds bad but reptiles can go months without food). As a result he got some fungus and I've been fishing him out and soaking him in malachite green. Seems better now and last night he relented and ate a whole jumbo king prawn...

MM they are settling in very well. They are still hissing occasionally at some of the others & little Kezie is hissing back at them like crazy

I do hate to see cats unhappy - at least, "uncomfortable" is what they look like when they don't know their companions, and I feel so sorry for them. But "this too shall pass"

Got it "taped". I wouldn't like to be in my cat-rescue-lady's house while she's watching it and seeing she's not the star of the show She's one proud and feisty woman!

Sasha & Jasmine have settled in really quickly as you can see from the following pics I took a few days ago, they are much more relaxed

This is Jasmine on my lap with Kezie & Josh snuggled up plus Sam on the back of the sofa. Not a very good pic as I had to hold the camera at arms length to take it.



I let the breeder know how well they had settled & got a reply back asking me if I'd take in another one Really going to have to say no this time
