Nowhere near as long as most people here but 2 weeks done. Yesterday was tough but got through it. Longing for the day when I'm not counting the days. Next stop...1 month!

Yeah I've seen that one before Postmodern Smoking but it's the wrong one. It's named incorrectly as that's the one with koolada in so it's really Ez Duz It on Ice. I'm not too keen on menthol flavours.

Hi all, When I first got my mod I was given a bottle of Ez Duz It by Ruthless which was delicious. So delicious we destroyed it in a couple of days. However, at the price of a 30ml bottle it isn't viable to buy constantly and therefore probably won't be buying it again. I was wondering whether anyone has tried to clone this and has the recipe so I can get it cloned myself? Not looking to buy it just wondering whether anyone has a recipe that resembles it? For those who haven't tried it it's a kinda sweet strawberry and watermelon. I've searched the internet and the closest I can find is this: www.e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/527108I've asked someone local to clone this but even the author says 'it's not quite there'. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Hi striker42, Haven't really discussed price with him yet but I can't imagine he's going to sell it cost price. I'll take the plunge it. I'm not going to make it down unfortunately. Not this time anyway. Doing a lot of driving from Thurso down to Aberdeen (on Friday and back on Sunday) just now for work and the additional drive down to Edinburgh is a bit too much driving for me at a weekend. Shame because it sounds like fun. Maybe another time. Perpetua, Oh that looks interesting. I'm assuming that's just standard coils he's rewicking? Cost savings...I like that Are we able to do that with standard Kanger coils? Thanks for all the information people. Definitely glad I stopped by here

There is no box with it mate, just the tank, spare O rings and coils so a couple of 1st class stamps (which I already have) will cover the postage. So, either totally free or you don't get it ... PM me your address and I will post it tomorrow. Fair enough. PM on its way. Appreciated muchly I use mini Nautilus for modest vaping. Hardly stealth but better than Subtank Nano for 13-15 watts and I prefer the airflow (not too air-ey) on these rather than 'shutting down' the subtank base... which only just about allows MTL. The Protank 4 looks like a Subtank to me in all but name. Typical Kanger.... there was a clear difference between the Protank range and the Subtank range, now it's just confusing. Even though I'm new djs I have noticed the clear difference between the Protank 2 and 3's compared to the 4. The 4 is very much a DL vape which I tend to enjoy more. I've never used the Subtank range. Do you think I'd have much to lose grabbing this off the guy at work even as a tester?

Thanks *-SARIN-*. Gives me a couple of questions to ask. DiscoDes, maybe you're right and that's why it's that colour

Wow @yinyang blown away by your generosity and being Scottish free is my favourite price. If you're not using it then it will definitely find a use here. However, we're not as tight as we're made out to be and I'll send you my address on the condition you give me your Paypal and I'll cover the postage cost. Deal?

As the title says I'm on the lookout for a second and third tank. I currently use a Protank 4 on a Cool Fire IV and can't fault it. The standard 0.5 coils seem to last for ages and still on my first one in 2 weeks. However, it is my first one so no idea if I can do better. So, I'm looking for a second to have a different juice in so I don't need to wait until this is empty if I want another flavour. Will want to use this one at 0.5 ohms at ~25W too. I notice there's a couple of Innokin iSub Apex's in the for sale section. Are these worth a punt or should I just buy a second Protank 4? The third one I'd like for stealth vaping when out and about. Blowing big clouds in the high street isn't ideal. A guy at work has an unused Subtank Nano that he'll sell me if I want it but again I've no idea if it'll meet my needs...he doesn't know either. He's not a hobbyist just a 'plain old vaper' and sticks with what he knows. If I use this at 1.2 ohms will it give me the stealth I'm looking for? The advantage of this is it also uses the same coils as the Protank 4 so I could easily change down to 0.5 if I wish. Other than that I'm stuck on what I should get. Any advice on either tanks or other recommendations would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Excellent breakdown there *-SARIN-*. One of the juices I use is visibly browner than the others in my wee collection. Is this because of the nicotine/oxygen mix or the flavourings used? New to this so I don't actually know whether flavourings have a colour or are transparent.

Probably not the stuff from the likes of Halfords as that tends to be de-ionized I think? Don't do cars other than potter around in one and put petrol in it! Purified Water from a chemists is the best thing to look for . . . . He he, I was thinking that kinda car battery water. Will try the chemist instead djs. I've read something similar in that VG can absorb around 4% (don't quote me on that figure) of its weight in water so if you use 10ml a day you'd only be losing around 0.4ml of water. Certainly not enough to dehydrate you but certainly enough to give you a dry mouth. As you say though water is good for us and we don't drink enough of it. A small bit of salt in it (rock salt as used in homemade electrolyte) helps the body retain water and reduces those wee breaks

Thanks sydsut . No intention of looking back now. Never thought I was much of a quitter but looks like I can be Hey that's good to know jtc . I only do around 6-8ml on 25W with a 0.56 coil so at least I know I'm not at the more heavier end

Hi jtc , when I tried 'cheaper' vapes recommended by some shops who gave me high nicotine juices with a high PG content I also experienced some weird stuff particularly a very sore throat, pulsating heart beat, and a 'strange' lung feeling. Needless to say I didn't last a day on them which led me to do my own research and invest in a sub ohm mod, tank, and coils and started using the higher VG and 6mg juice. It is much easier on me which is probably why I've been going so well on this new set up even though there's days when I vape constantly. It's all good though

Aye @yinyang we do a lot of running and cycling so my water in take is probably greater than the average bear. Always have a glass of water at hand No one around me has any cold like symptoms so I don't think it is the cold. My girlfriend on the other hand got a few ulcers from stopping which I didn't experience so I'm putting it down to different strokes for different folks Perpetua, vodka? Really? I've seen that as an ingredient but didn't know it was actually used. Vodka isn't something I have kicking around as I'm a whisky type of guy . Distilled water - the stuff I could buy at a car shop? Will look into this. Thanks. I've been getting my juice from someone local who mixes and sells. I may just ask him to thin it slightly on my next order.

Thanks Chrissie. On to day 13 now . For someone who has never stopped for a day in 30 years I'm pretty proud of myself. Over the last few days I have cold like symptoms. Blocked and runny nose, lots of phlegm, and general lethargy. Hopefully this is just withdrawal and nothing to do with vaping. I did have a bit of heavy lung for a couple of days too but I think that's the juice I'm using. All my juices are 80% VG but one is noticeably thicker than the others. Sods law as it's the one I like the most thus far! Anyway, onwards

Postmodern Smoking. Was just an observation. Certainly wasn't directing the 'blame' at anyone
