Knawes - am also have a bit of a weak moment - albeit I think my issue is slightly different. My Riva is working fine (and how I know it all is, I shall explain in a mo.) But.......... having been a vaper now for circa 12 days - it has enabled me to analyse what I NEED from a 'smoke', and that is the throat hit followed by the exhalation. I am finding that the only guaranteed way of achieving that is to use one of James's tobacco juices. I now have a supply of L and B, which does the trick. (James, did I tell you I loved you? ) However, with my Riva fully operational, I am having probs with other juices. I purchased some from e-juice, and they are gorgeous flavour-wise. But.........and this is my current issue, I am struggling to get a definite 'throat hit' from them. I have a variety of flavours from them now - but I am finding that to achieve my throat-hit goal, I am having to play around a lot, refill, clean out, ensure charged battery etc. etc. in order to finally get a 'good fix', and then find often discover that I don't/can't! I can't work out why it isn't happening, because if I use the same battery, attie, cartridge filler etc. and put in L and B from paradise (James), it all works and satisfies. ??? I am puzzled, and would appreciate any advice. I have thought back to my real smoking habit, and now realise that I smoked more in a morning - as if needing to stoke up for the day. I could then taper off somewhat. Thus, with my vaping, I have used James's L and B for morning use, whilst attempting to move on to other flavours PM. That is what I tried yesterday - not to have my L and B in afternoon/evening, but to vape others. I struggled and played and re-charged and cleaned etc. with minimal satisfaction. Thus, by mid-evening, I got back on to the L and B from James. Therefore I am currently assuming that the L and B mixture/composition is of a nature that doesn't match my en-juice flavours. Could that be the answer? If it is correct, James, can you give any info (without revealing your trade secrets of course) as to what is in L and B (other than the taste) that is providing and meeting my needs when these others are not? James has, on a thread, asked us all to suggest favourite flavours. Having vaped flavours other than tobacco - I can now say that I would love to eliminate tobacco ones in preference for others - coffee, fruit, etc. if only I could get the same 'throat hit' and full satisfaction of inhaling and exhaling (as I get with L and B). Any suggestions will be gratefully received. Sorry that it is a bit lengthy. :-[ And Knawes, hope you are still going strong hunnie.

Someone posted that they were in St Austell, and somewhere I recall someone from Looe (or has this vaping caused my imagination to run riot?

Judy - 'need to find a way of not eating too much' (snigger). Fewer trips to Morrisons, less in basket - just a couple of ideas! Glad all is going well with the vaping. Have some of James's peppermint, but haven't tried it yet. Keep it up lassie - you is doin' good. Better still when you get No.1 son hooked as well.

James, be sure not to win too much while you are there. You may come back soooo rich that you decide to retire from the juice business!

Tinytim - so, so sorry to hear that. Why are you not eating enough food? Not good. I don't have a huge appetite (probably supressed by the smoking of course) but I hope I haven't missed something on the threads that explains your lack of eating. Hope you get that sorted soon hun. Chrissie - asked the question as to where you are before reading this - you being in St Blazey. That means - very bizarrely - that from the posters in here, at least four of us are neighbours? Is there something in the water here do you suppose?

Scylla - what a shame! But now, it seems, once again James is the man to get the filter/wadding stuff. James, have sent you a message.

8 days now (Jiggly dance if I knew how to do those smiley things). My local shop is a small Co-op (ex Costcutters or something similar). The girl who works in there can't get used to me going in to buy food and not cigarettes! I told her why a few days ago. This morning she cornered me to ask if she could have my details. Apparently - and I didn't know - Co-op sell a disposable ciggy for circa £6.00. She said there is a regular customer who buys this - but struggles as it isn't really helping her. She buys one of those (for in between attempts) when she buys her real cigs, still in abundance. She told the woman about me and my success and thus: 'Who am I, where am I, can she talk to me to find out all about it etc.? So it seems - after 8 days - I am already considered 'an expert'! Made me chuckle. Chrissie, just re-read the post you put to me on James's site - sorry, didn't register before. From your comment, does that mean that you are also in Cornwall?

Knawes - with the Riva - will the atty colour matter, as they are hidden under the cone? I too look on the lIberty site for atomisers - and kept finding cones! I have phoned twice, never had a reply. I assume from your post - 'they are out of stock' - must mean that you have been luckier at getting hold of them perhaps? Good idea to stock up on replacements though - I would be mortified if it all went phfutt at once!

Knawes, I know exactly what you mean. I have now sorted out that it is the equipment more so than the juice. I kept assuming some had a better 'hit' than others. I had a bit of a problem early afternoon - could not get a hit at all. So I actually cleaned everything out - despite it not looking as if it needed it. In fact for one atomiser, I followed advice given in Jaki's post, but also on Paradise Vape site - for washing it. I actually did what James recommended. I poured some very hot water over it, swished it a bit, wiped it, then put it on a tray in a warm oven for a few minutes. I then got a fresh cart, filled it up - and 'kerpow' - it has been working so much better since. So will do the other one tomorrow. I am aware that I still haven't fully cracked how to keep them all at optimum operation, but I am assuning that it all falls into place over time.

PMSL Chrissie - but knowing my brother as I do, I think yours may receive an extremely rude label! I have to say, it has me creating a few of my own.
