As long as you make it something that is discrete, optional and inobtrusive to customers who don't want it, then offering Live help on sites is something that has been proven to substantially increase conversions (sales).
Be aware though that these things can be open to abuse and can suck up a lot of your time!

Looks like they should have upgraded their hosting before promoting this offer... the load time on the site is painfully slow now with the amount of traffic they are getting

I'm looking for something portable to carry when out and about. The Jac Vapour PCC looks good, the ability to carry one fully assembled ecig and one charging. So no flaff with just taking the ecig out and using it quickly. However I would like to store my cartos too. I find if I leave them in my pocket the opening gets dirty, I put the bungs ontop...but I'm forever losing them! The Innoken Aio also looks good, the ability to store extra cartos. The lid puts me off, as it adds to the flaff. Also I've heard bad things about the switch, that it comes off easily and rattles inside. The ability to charge my phone would be good, I have a HTC and the battery drains quickly. But I religiously charge it every night. In conclusion, I'm leaning towards the V1P PCC. Would be good to hear any views. Thanks I bought the V1P PCC kit from Jacvapour and to be honest I regret it although I do like cig sized devices. I find the switch in the batteries requires a hard draw to activate it and quickly goes off if the pressure of your draw drops. The only other cig sized devices I have are greensmoke which are significantly better batteries, you can really puff on them like an analogue... but I can't recommend them since you can't get refillable carts. I am pretty sure that on one of my many shopping trips I say a PCC that looked exactly like the V1P but for 510 devices. That would possibly be a better idea since the cross compatibility of carts etc is much greater with larger devices.

Although I was a heavy smoker for over 20 years, I have found that I need low nicotine strengths (6mg) in my juice otherwise my nic levels get far too high making me feel ill.
I think the rate at which our bodies absorb nicotine from vapour can vary a great deal and the amount of nic needed to match a persons former smoking habit may have little relation to the number of cigs they smoked in a day.

Thanks. I have ordered some CE3-S, hopefully they will help. I am feeling pretty certain that vape temperature is the issue for me... so will keep looking for anything that can cool it down.

Just an update on the TIDY Clearomisers.... They have been too unreliable and it's been a case of Russian Roulette trying to find the good ones, so they have been taken off the site whilst communications are ongoing with the manufacturers. A pity really, because when I first tried them, the flavour was exceptional. But, as is often the case, the bulk order didn't match the sample order Anyway, if any of the forum users have bought them and experienced problems, just return them (dead or alive) and we can either exchange for other products or refund (inc P&P). That's pretty amazing service Jason I will be sending mine back next week, I had great hopes for them but the 2 I tried leak non-stop and the draw is tighter than a gnats chuff!

Well... I have never had a good vaping experience with the Tidy. Apart from leaking like buggery the draw is painfully tight and I don't get much vapour or flavour from them at all, they really are lousy!
But, just for testing purposes I have put some of the same juice that I had in the CE4+ in one and tested it on the Twist.
The draw is much better on the Twist than the Argento... at 3.2v the first couple of puffs are good but then I start getting the first signs of throat burn (mildly) the ring around the button on the Twist gets hot very fast, after 4 puffs it is almost uncomfortably hot to touch so I stop. The whole of the Tidy unit is quite warm... the metal parts are hot but even the tube at the top is quite warm.
I move it over to the Argento and continue vaping and apart from the unpleasantly tight draw, it is ok... the vapour is cooler and not burning my throat and the Tidy does not get hot, just a little warm around the connector.

I think that's about everything but I may have missed some I'm not completely ruling out the idea of PG allergy but the juice I had in the CE4 when I got throat burn on the Twist is a Virgin Vapours juice which is VG only.

Not a silly question... but yes, I am definitely twisting it in the right direction and actually looking at the setting . At 4.8 everything tastes burnt to me with the slightest draw (which I would expect). At around 4 with the vivi nova I start to feel the throat burn coming on after a few puffs. I am beginning to wonder if it's the temperature of the vapour when it hits my throat that is the issue
