A couple of tips for those who can't sleep .

Imagine you are looking at a brick wall. This was a tip from a care worker.

Alternatively, imagine, you are stood at a blackboard. Pick up a piece of chalk and write the numder one on the board. In the top right hand corner write the word sleep. Pick up a board rubber, and erase what you have written. Then write the number two on the board. In the top right hand corner, write the eoord sleep. Keep going like that, let me know how many you get up to - six is the most I've heard of.

I felt so sorry for that pair of rowers who ended up with silver, they were absolutely distraught. But I will admit to welling up at nearly everyone's medal ceremony.

I also tend to agree with Rosylea - until most of the public are educated enough to know that we aren't smoking, then I think we have to be careful about where we vape in public. If I remeber correctly, in that article that was in the Sun just after the M6 fiasco, one of the landlords said that he knew it was legal to vape indoors, but he didn't allow it as it caused too many complaints from other customers. You have to feel sympathy for the guy.

Apparently there were a few stealth vapers in our local Wetherspoons recently, and in the cinema, but one vaper got asked to leave a local restaurant.
