Postage is a really touchy subject for me. On a personal level and a business one. I live in Northern Ireland, most things I order from the mainland cost me ridiculous amounts of money to have delivered, with company's claiming that Northern Ireland is a high postage area. Funny though, when I post to my customers in England, Scotland and Wales it costs exactly the same, every time. I ordered postage labels recently from England and they cost me £19.99, postage was £8.49 - WHAT? I worked out how much it would be for me to send to the supplier and it was £2.70. I have family who live in London and when they post to me it costs them the same as it would for me to post to them. Postage, in my view is something that some suppliers use as a tool to make a little more profit. I decided to offer free postage across the board. I would charge for recorded or special delivery but only at the cheapest rate available. As a nation we need to have an alternative to Royal Mail, the sooner it's privatised and more company's get involved, the better. I have a lot of friends in America and they have great postal services and many alternatives. We are in the dark ages in the UK when comes to postal services. Sorry for the wall of text!

I think that it will produce a chain reaction of particles, atoms and molecules reacting together that will ultimately create a black hole, consuming mankind and ultimately resulting in a new flavour of E-Liquid! Other than that I have no idea.

It's an unfortunate situation in modern day society. The haters and activists complained about tobacco smoking in public, it was banned.
An alternative has been brought in to production that does not affect 'innocent bystanders' and there are still concerns. Where does it stop??
Even though I am a supplier, I would not have got in to the business unless I thought it completely safe and viable, I love E-Cigs and think they have improved my life considerably when it comes to health and relaxation. My thoughts are that any derogatory statement, complaint or criticism probably stems from the tobacco manufacturers, after all they are the guys who will lose out most.
I think the complaints and criticisms are petty and contrived.
I have been in one establishment in Belfast where there was a notice to say that Electronic Cigarettes were acceptable. I think more restaurants, pubs, airlines and other establishments should put these signs up, it will ease e-cig users' nerves and make the ignorant more savvy to reality. Besides that, it may encourage more people to make the switch and may even improve establishments' revenue.
I haven't decided yet if I have just ranted or made a calm and sensible contribution, you decide!
In the meantime use your e-cigs wherever you want and can, it'll annoy the naive and ignorant.

Hi commonsense,
Any questions just ask. We have some great and very unique flavours coming up! Not to say our current flavours aren't great, they are!
Thanks, Neil.

Thankyou and I am now having a good look at your liquids (good price) puffinUK, I’m wondering if you sell small sample size for people like me to try before we buy the larger bottles? My funds are very limited being disabled and unable to work. Trevor Hi Trevor, We are in the process of offering 5ml sample sizes but it will be several weeks before these become available. The estimated cost will be around £2.49 with free delivery to the UK. We do however offer a free 10ml bottle with your first order as standard and of course free delivery is standard. If you like, you can contact us through our website and we can help you choose flavours based on your personal tastes. Hope this helps. Neil.

Thanks for the responses. It's certainly something we'll be considering.
We do offer an Extra flavour option on most of our liquids even though our flavours are generally quite strong.
From everything I have read it seems PG/VG ratios are nearly as important and flavour strength to some.
Thanks again. Neil.

Since registering on this forum we have received several requests for custom made E-Liquid, i.e. specific PG/VG mixes.
As a standard we have predefined recipes for each and every flavour that we feel the best (in our view). However, we understand that everyone has their own tastes and desires.
I am looking in to the feasibility of offering a custom service. Is this something you all think is worthy?
As I have previously mentioned our mixes are done in the UK using EU products, offering a custom service may not be an issue but I'd love your thoughts on how important it might be to you as consumers?
Thanks, Neil.

When I lived abroad and only had my laptop I used something similar to: THIS. My version wasn't as good quality but you can set it to sit at virtually 45 degrees which meant I could use it while I was lying on my side on the settee (how lazy does that sound!?). You can use it to set your dinner plate on too

We offer an Extra Strength flavour but generally we advise that you try our regular strength first. Some of our flavours are quite strong... I agree with Pixie regarding your taste buds though

I lived in Dubai for 3 years and with some of the articles I read, I'm not surprised by this one.

We never use alcohol for thinning, distilled water only (if a juice really needs it).
I have heard of some other vendors using alcohol though.

When I made the switch from analogue to digital I was transfixed on having a device that looked and behaved like a real cigarette, I was also determined to find a tobacco flavour that best resembled my brand of cigarette.
As time went on I realised that the bigger devices sometimes were better and other flavours were better.
I think giving up smoking and using e-cigs can be as much psychological as anything else.
Moving to e-cigs was the best decision I've made in recent years. Hope it is for you too!
