Welcome, Ant! I'm sure you'll find that now you've got the kit (really nice kit btw), vaping will be much cheaper in the long run than smoking, even rollies. The way I see it I will use the V3 for home use and carts for out and about. I have both and I actually do it the other way round. A full Vision will last me all day when I'm out and about, but a cart needs re-filling more frequently, so I leave the carts at home and just take one battery with a Vision on it when I go to work. I'm currently looking at getting some high-capacity carts which will probably suit me better. And my three favourite flavours currently are menthol, watermelon and Frozen Lime (lime + menthol).

A couple of years ago somebody told me about grating some dark chocolate into chili con carne - I haven't tried it, but it's supposed to be quite good. Oh now I've done that and it IS good. It has to be very dark chocolate though. Highest cocoa content you can find. Two other things go really well with dark chocolate: chillis and bacon.

On a typical day when I'm at work, I vape less than 2ml. If I'm sat at home all day I go through 3-4ml.

I've used standard Boge cartos on my Ego-T but my main gripe with them is they don't hold much so they go dry pretty quickly (especially when I'm sat at home, chain-vaping ). In my search for a higher-capacity carto I've found this one: www.vapeescape.co.uk/510-echomisers~197Can Jason, or anyone who's used one, give me some more info about it? How does it perform?

I got watermelon from ecig-wizard and I really like it. It's the sort of flavour I could vape all day, not too sweet and rich.

They're a practical, fashion vaping accessory really. They ARE practical. You can use different coloured ones to remind you what juice is in the carto.

I was a menthol cig smoker so naturally menthol is my favourite all day vape. However I was surprised to find that I like the fruity ones too, especially watermelon, and citrussy ones like lemon or lime. I've no interest in tobacco flavours at all.

My main all-day vape is the standard menthol from Vapeescape. lately I bought some sample Pink Spot flavours which I really like. I got those from Liberty Flights this time round but I gather that several others do Pink Spot too.
However I am seriously tempted to start mixing my own, mainly so that I can have better control of the nicotine content.

I used to smoke around 10-15 menthol cigs a day and I'm comfortable vaping in the 12-18mg range. If I'm sitting at home I more or less chain-vape a lower strength, but if I'm at work I only get 3 breaks a day so I take a higher-strength one with me. I put them in different-coloured clearos so I can remember which is which!

I have two Ego T batteries (neither of them embossed) and one of them I'm constantly having to lift the pin, but the other one I don't. It's probably not coincidence that the one I don't is Joy-E branded and the other isn't.

Yes Lewis that's all I normally do with mine, clean out and dry burn, but I'am not happy with the draw, the muted taste, the fact it has wicks that only work when its at least half full or you are tipping it up all the time. I've noticed this too. I think next time I buy clearos I'll try the long wick variety, which I suspect will still work when less full.

It's good to know, but I still don't think I would vape on a packed tube. Now if only Virgin Trains would get with the program and allow it; I checked before I travelled to London last week and they said no.
One evening this week I was vaping in one of my favourite safe-to-vape bars, and one of the bar staff sudennly hurried across the room to where I was sitting, then said with noticeable relief, "Oh! It's one of those!" He'd apparently seen the vapour and thought I was smoking a real one.
So it seems that it's the vapour that confuses and worries people. I wonder if there's a way of mixing juice that gives off no vapour but still gives the flavour and nic hit? Pure PG with no VG maybe?

If you don't mind going a bit further afield to Heywood (about 37 miles) one of the best suppliers, Vape Escape has a shop there - www.vapeescape.co.uk/contact.aspOh my goodness. That's only a bus-ride away from me. How dangerous! /me puts chains and locks on his wallet
