Hi, (my first post away from the newbie section ) I have only been using liquid for 2 weeks (first week skycig carts) and am having trouble finding many that I like. I love menthol but would like to have something else for a change but don't fancy the baccy flavours. So far I have tried the following:- Cherry - I like that and will always have some as it's hubbies favourite. Orange, ginger and caramel - didn't taste like anything so used it to mix with menthol. Chocolate caramel - bleugh, tastes like broccoli........ Vanilla - so so, can vape but not fussy either way Blueberry - loved that one So, does anyone have any recommendations and also what vendor did you use? Thanks

Taste really is subjective gillian so very difficult to make any recommendations!
Have you tried any coffee flavour juice?

Hi Gillian,
I have done a full circle with flavours, started off on tobacco flavours, moved to fruity ones, menthol now back to tobacco flavours, juice flavours are really subjective, i like arctic cherry from vape escape, its not too menthol tasting with a hint of fruit, but i chop and change flavours all day, im hoping to find just a few flavours i can stick too as it can get quite costly.

As others have said, everybody is different in their tastes. I quite like Strawberry, chocolate, Red Bull and Watermelon to name a few haha. I deffo dont like Coffee or Menthol although plenty of peeps do. I have used various vendors.

Gillian juices fall into several flavour 'families' for example tobaccos, menthols & mints, fruits, beverages, desserts and so on From what you've said it sounds like fruits is a favourite category so it's worth exploring that further. As to vendors, my favs are Griz, Pixie, Vapourjuice and Vapist. Fog on the Tyne and Alchemist (Frogster) have had good reviews recently. Edited to correct sand into puddings

Coffeee is the obvious one missing from your list Gillian. I'd try the doppio espresso, even if you aren't especially a coffee fan.
Mint and spearmint may be worth a go. Not the same as menthol.
And it sounds as if you like fruit flavours. Not my choice, so can't advise, but may be worth trying others. Apple seems to sell well, and you may find a different orange works for you. Some of the fruit and sweet flavours seem to be designed for people with vv or powerful batteries and LR carts.

Wow, I turn my back and there are 9 replies! It's really hard to get started with the juice and I'm now a bit suspicious that the first vendor I used perhaps doesn't sell the best (going by the reviews on another thread I was looking at).
However, the 'broccoli' flavoured one did come from a highly praised vendor so I suspect that's my taste buds!
I do fancy cherry/menthol so will have a look at that one and coffee sounds good too although I do drink loads of coffee so wonder if my taste buds will be too used to that?
The good thing with the flavourless ones though is I can mix some menthol in with it to eek out the menthol juice a bit more!

Hi Gillian I gave up the tobacco just over a month ago, and am finding that my taste buds are emerging from a 35+ year dormancy. My food is more tasty, and so are some of the juices that I bought a few weeks ago. I have also got juices that I suspect were not steeped before sending, as they are improving all the time. The 'brocolli' flavoured one you mentioned may need storing for a couple of weeks to improve - keep it somewhere dark and cool, and open the bottle each day and gently squeeze the air out and replace with fresh, then give the bottle a good shake (once you've put the cap back on!). This will also give your taste buds time to recover from the stinkies, and you will also find that your tastes and preferences will change with the passage of time too. Happy hunting, and keep us posted on your favourites - we're always up for something new! Andy
Edit: to korrekt my dogdy speeling!

Hi Gillian. Belated but very warm welcome.
My favourite vape is Hangsen's RY4. Bit of a cliche as its so popular, but I just love it - it is a caramel light tobacco flavour, and the great thing about it is that if you try it (available from most vendors) but want something a bit more tabaccoiey (my new word of the day) you can try RY3 or even RY2. I believe there may even be an RY1 too which will be very tabaccoiey.
As already mentioned in this thread whatever you like today a your taste buds recover over the next 3-6 months (they do crazy things to you for quite a while) your tastes will probably change.
My other personal favourite is Cinamon Danish, which tastes just like eating a yummy bun, but with no calories - but then I like my eliquids sweet.....
