Why not get a decent system & buy someting with a glass tank & then the only thing you have to worry about is the carto's you put in.

Had to speak to Lee from Alba the other week (nice bloke) & discovered that the tanks for the cobra's will fit the big boaby & wee boaby's, so I might splash out on one of the phiniac tanks to go on the wee boaby I've got.
Just waiting to see if Phiniac get the siam glass drip tips back in, they've got more choice then Alba . . 2 birds & all that.

they are excellent quality and very pleasing on the eye, but no way worth £114. I can see the costs building though using Titanium and etching the logo on pyrex, but still seems a very high price. I am very impressed with the fit, finish & attention to detail, but your right, not to the extent that it's worth £95 more then the Aga-T, specially when it's not even an innovative product like a Penny, Spheroid or Oddy. But I guess it's the old argument of whether you want a bespoke piece of kit, or your happy with something that's been mass produced. TBH I probably wouldn't have bothered if I didn't owe the OH a birthday prezzie & he happens to have a metal fetish, even had to spash out on a titanium drip tip No sense of adventure . . are you sure there's not one in there that'll match the colour of your eyes . . . I'm off again . .

WOW!, they look fantastic, wish I could afford one :-( Gotta admit I have 2 but both were bought off the classies so not full price. OH uses one full time & swears by it. He doesn't know one brand/make from another, but he is a total metal snob so he was seduced because it's titanium. Got to admit the quality is very good, but me personally I prefer the draw on my Aga-t. Off to find me coat . . .

I've been trying, but haven't had an answer. The only place I've managed to locate in the UK wanted an order in excess of £1500! yep think that would make me gulp a bit . . . actually a lot.

Yep I've gone for the alternative, just wanted to let peeps know in case like me they don't check their ebay every day & are wondering where their order is . . . . but it would still be nice to have an alternative supplier.

I think some vendors already thin their VG nic base (aqueous), so I'd check back with who you bought it from

Anything that makes coiling easier sounds good to me, so thought that I've have a go with this.
Ordered last Tues but got this msg from the seller yesterday
Hello,I'm sorry, but I can not send the ordered item. Not anticipated such a large number of orders and goods over.Instead of Kanthal ribbon 0.5x0.1 mm 29.8 ohm/m I suggest sending another very similar ribbon Kanthal 0.4x0.1 mm 35.40 ohm/m longer in the ordered quantity or your money back. I ask for an answer if I have to send the ribbon or return the money.Again, very sorry for the confusion and any delay. I hope you can forgive me. Thank you.- hotkombo
& this is the message on his ebay page.
Hi,
I must temporary hold on my listings, sorry. It grows to much. When I prepare and ship all orders I will be back. It should be soon, may be next month. Be ready - stay in touch.
Thanks
If someone else can source & supply it, that would brill.

I tried replacing the caramel in Skwoddy's? gingerbread brulee with CCW butterscotch. Still steeping but if the smell & the wee taste I've had are anything to go by tis going to be very nice

I generally keep about 250ml of base mix already made up, PG, VG, & Nic. 2 reasons, saves time when your making more then one mix, & because I'm using 75mg nic, it means I have to handle the strong stuff a lot less often.
The only time I mix flavours on their own is usually only a couple of drops, just to check if it's something I haven't tried before I'll like the combination.

OK lesson to self . . . do not attempt to post after 1,2,3 . . glasses of red wine.
Don't think there would be any difference re glass/pyrex in the ability to contain any juice & prevent cracking. Just that pyrex is slightly stronger?? is my assumption, so would possibly stand up to drops/bangs better . . . & I'm quite clumsy

Never thought that the be-dazzled might not not be pyrex ??? suppose it's makes sense if you want to decorate & shape them, & keep them at areasonable price, My personal opinion if I was was to buy one of your tanks (waiting for the new colours in March . . . can I put a pre-order in lol) would be to go for a pyrex option so it covers all options. Wouldn't want to have a gorgeous tank then be afraid to use it
