Don't worry Pauline. Ever since we fist got her she's crept into our bed in the middle of the night and never gets removed as she's so stealthy we don't know she's there till we wake up Bless . . . don't know she's there until you try turn over & realise your pinned by the duvet & spend a couple of sleepy seconds wondering whats going on . . . . know that feeling well Just a thought but not all my cats get on all the time, & we've had a couple of accesses from someone biting/scratching someone else & a few other minor injuries, including stitch's from a carelessly broken bottle. Now I always have a bottle of Hibiscrub in the house to bathe any injuries as soon as they get spotted. Can honestly say it's been a godsend stopping minor things developing into something worse. Pretty useful stuff to have if you have pets, but definitely doesn't stop a visit to the vet if that's what's needed, & always dilute according to the instructions, Sorry Pixi not directed at you but anyone who's never used it before, had a horsey friend who did that, but different story

Obviously neither of you have a large enough collection of pretty/shiney drip tips. Rule of thumb, whenever buying new atties always check out the vendors selection of drip tips, & if it's not large enough go somewhere else to buy the attie

Not sure if you saw this at the time it was being run, but it might be worth speaking to Macca for details of this manufacturer. Pretty sure it was someone Macca managed to source relatively close to him, & I don't think the numbers we ordered were huge. I don't have one of your tanks ATM, always seem to miss the colours I want , but the ones I've got all have pyrex tanks, purely so I don't have to worry cracking issues with certain juices. Don't fancy a lap full of cinnamon If peeps especially in the USA are buying the bedazzled tanks there must be a demand for glass.

Ooh poor wee thing. If she's got an infection it must have been irritating her. It's not a case of dressings being applied too tight is it. I know of a cat who had a dressing on the leg for an injured paw, not only did it cause "pressure sores" on a completely unrelated part of the ankle, but it was so tight it was cutting off circulation. If the owner hadn't had some medical training (nurse) & realised the dressings were too tight puddy could have ended up losing a leg. Luckily the cats fine now, but the injury took longer to heal then it should have. It's so frustrating when they can't tell us if somethings wrong, or should I say wronger. Hugs for Mitsy & all fingers & paws crossed she's back on the mend soon.

I roll my wick around a straightened large paper clip & leave it in situ when I'm winding the coil to make sure I don't strangle the wick & leave an air passage through it. Always remember to remove said paper clip/syringe needle before firing it up though. It's a blerdy good way of guaranteeing a short if you don't. Edit - typos

Or bugga the screws all together & use a little silicon bung, or while your waiting for said bungs to be delivered cut a little piece from the white mouthpiece of a carto that would normally be discarded for a drip tip. Still need a pair of tweezers to take out/ put in, but still less fiddly then trying to screw something in. Specially for my OH who has bear paws for mitts

Does it look like the washer/isolater is cut ? because I think mine was split and the other half was down the wire. Nope washer doesn't look split so I think it must not have been correctly positioned from the off, & maybe screwing down to tight has popped it out. Have been struggling with connectivity today, & thought it was my dodgy mesh & coil, least I know it's not that now, but not a good way to find out

Sorry Macca crossed post. Have had OH take a look & he's just told me his soldering iron has died, so will happily send to you, if you want to PM me with your addy & details of P&P.
I've got plenty of empty jiffy bags, so happy to put a SAE in for return.

The same happened with mine and was a PIA, you can pull the pin up as there's enough wire on the center pin. Getting an insulator to fit and secure the pin again is a different matter and not an easy job, mine just kept coming loose again no matter what I did Chers Mev, that's what I'm thinking. I have got the washer it's how to get it back in place. As said think the only way to do it will be to cut the wire then re-solder

definately have a word with macca I removed the top off mine after it failed and was told it was press fitted but found it was threaded with a loctite glue and can be unscrewed to make good any repairs but macca will be the one to advise the best method. once the top is off it is easy to make good Cheers for that, think a plan of action will be to get OH to get the top cap off & take a look. Have just got a horrible feeling that the posi/centre is threaded through the washer, then through the connecter before any wire is soldered on, it's the only way I can imagine it being done, so possibly would need the wire cutting to get everything back in place Brute force & ignorance I have in abundance, but soldering small electrical conections is defo not my forte. I suppose if I do this I can get a better idea before I disturb Macca, just gutted that I'm back on the nova's & spinner, it's just not the same Thank god I've got another zmax coming, just waiting for the CV1s to get sorted before everything gets sent out.

This is one from the first group buy for them & has been working fine till today.
Basically the center pin inside the connecter is floating around completely loose.
It looks like there is a small nylon? or hard silicon washer which sits under the center pin & keeps it in place, this washer has dropped out & now the center pin has dropped & is loose. There is no way I can lift the pin to get the washer back in place
Also don't know if this has made a wire has come loose, if I press the fire button I'm just getting a low load msg, but if I go into the menu everything looks fine
Any suggestions gratefully excepted

Not 100% sure but I think Maccafan works shifts, but I'm sure if you PM him he'll pick it up as soon as.
Don't know about Manicmedic but if you click on someones user name you can see the last time they logged on, so maybe just PM Manic as well & hope for the best.
