Me Vivi Nova arrived today. I was very excited. (I'm so sad)
Just washed the wicks, quick dry burn, rewashed wicks, filled with Juice, couple of drops of juice on the coil, let the wicks soak for 5 mins (lies, about 30 seconds) Went to take a nice long pull and ......... bugger all.
I almost sucked my eyeballs into my head. Lol
I couldn't get any air through it but off the battery i can.
There aren't any drilled holes above the threads that screw into the battery.
My Mini Nova has them.
Have i missed something or is it a case of 'who checks the checker' but i could be having blond moment.

Hi All,
I don't have any children but when i am with them i treat vaping like when i smoked. If they are in a car or room then i don't vape because i wouldn't want to encourage them. (or get asked difficult questions)
With cigarettes they smell awful and taste worse but with vaping they smell and taste nice.
With young children and young teenagers, parents, adults and smokers don't allow them to smoke and discourage them not to smoke but what is the wrong and right thing to do if a 15 year old is hooked on smoking, would it be better to encourage them to vape instead????
I am lucky i wont be in this position but over the last month or so of vaping and seeing groups of teenager smoking in the street, it does cross my mind would it be better for their health to vape.
Very difficult.
My girlfriend read an article the other day which said that ecigs will be the next big thing for teenagers. They think its cool to do and not bad for them and its not smoking so who can stop them.
I wonder what will come of vaping or how it is perceived over the next few years. Will it be frowned upon in the future or excepted as a great way to pack up cigarettes and enjoyable thing to do in our spare time.

I have placed an order with Jason and am looking forward to trying the juices i like with some new fresh coils .
I have also washed out all me wicks and tanks and only replenished them with juices that were not added together by me, like the Lime Zinger and Raspberry.
I think i may have ruined a few juices by putting them together.
I also seem to have got me taste buds back? could i have been coming down with something last week which made me buds a bit bland?
Today i have really enjoyed me flavors and wasn't wanting for more.
Can swapping between flavors to much take a bit away? I have been swapping between 4 or 5 flavors through the day. But today only 2 and for most of it was just the one.

I need a bit of advice please.
I have been vapping 6, 7 + weeks and have bought a variety of gear to find what works best for me. Have tried Heep's of juices and mixing me own now which for me is the best part of Vapping, not the mobs or the tanks ect like in the beginning.
But i am left wanting a bit more. I will never smoke again because i enjoy vapping i don't want for fags at all now BUT is it like the surfer waiting for the perfect wave?
After trial and error i have found what battery's, tanks ect that i like, what i take to work and what juice i enjoy BUT (too many buts going on here sorry) I'm left wanting abit more flavor and throat hint the last week or so.
There are people saying yummy on threads and I'm thinking that's nice but not yummy or fantastic. Am i searching for an imaginary perfect Vape, am i expecting to much?
Or could it be that because i brought my nova and DT tanks, cartomisers and 510 atomiser for dripping and tasting my mixes at about the same time they are getting past there best, working but not 100%.
I have made a few mistakes along the way while making my own juice like buying Vape 54 in VG but still used 70% PG 30% VG base and found it didn't wick very good and clogged the cartomiser so change them for new ones. Cleaned the 1.8 thingy in the nova buy burning off the gunk till the coil glowed red which helped for a bit.
What has made me write this thread is cornflakes thread and she seemed to be wanting a bit more as well.
Are my Taste buds still shot from 25 years smoking? or is my Cato's ect past their sell by date?
I will be putting an order in for wick, coil wire, cartomisers ect but just wondering if anyone else went through this type of thing in the begging and wondering if anyone else is still looking for 'The Perfect Vape'
I tend to use:-
Fruit Juice and not tobacco.
70% PG 30% VG
1.8 nicotine
And DT Tanks and A mini Nova.
